Pros:

Joshua was Awesome! Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Very quiet at night...no disturbances.

Cons:

They ran out of coffee pods for the room. Breakfast should be complimentary.

Bed was comfortable, it was quiet, people were friendly
Pros:

Close to the event we attended. Staff were super nice and remembered my name. Very sweet to my dogs.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like was rust stains in our bathroom in the tub.

Springfield Stay
Pros:

The staff was amazing, everyone was so friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and well stocked. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Comfortable could be cleaner.
Pros:

It was quiet for the most part. Comfortable beds, nice staff.

Cons:

Found hair more than 1 hair in our whirlpool in our room. And not the hair that's on someone's head.
Carpets need replaced pretty much everywhere.
For 600 plus for 2 nights I'd think it would be cleaner.

Mold in the caulking around the tub. Generally a bit worn down and dirty. Only three towels provided for four people.

The dayshift front desk guy, we did not get his name, he was older with long hair, he was able to check us in early & was extremely helpful and very polite.
