Their computer was down so they could not confirm my registration, They were totally not helpful for anything I ended up having to find another hotel after waiting around for 4 hours, I'll never stay at another Hilton ever!!!. Our local Hilton were way more helpful, as we called them for some info

Cons:

The kitchen “cook/chef” in the morning. Breakfast was to be ready at 6am. 6:15 he was still setting up. I had to get on the road. So I just grabbed a piece of toast and the guy rudely said “if you did not hear me, I am still setting up”. Said screw it and left. Other than that entitled ass, hotel was great. Maybe make sure the person who sets up the breakfast is on time so when the breakfast is supposed to be ready, it is.

Restaurant on property.

Cons:

Room was not ready despite being checked in and informed it was ready. Bed was unmade, no toilet paper, and a bottle of water was partially consumed. Several other patrons experienced the same issues during my two night stay including a botched sign in for the Illinois Route 66 chapter banquet. Understaffed and overwhelmed.
