Categories

Cleanliness
8
Most reviews mention clean rooms and daily housekeeping, but there are a few explicit complaints about dirtiness and poor laundry handling, so overall slightly reduced from perfect.
Service
9.4
Consistently praised: friendly, helpful and accommodating staff (reception described as a 'legend', staff lent umbrellas, helpful check‑in/out).
Location
9
Very close to the train station and within walking distance of the old quarter; quiet side street is a plus. Some reviews note roadworks and limited car access due to being in an alley.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms/apartments described as modern, spacious and well equipped (kitchen, large fridge, utensils); generally comfortable though a few guests noted firm beds and short curtains allowing light.
Amenities
8.2
Good in-room amenities (kitchenette, fridge, daily towel changes) but lacks a pool; laundry service complaints lower this slightly.
Value for Money
7.5
Mixed: many guests felt the stay was pleasant, but some called it expensive and complained about charges for late checkout and poor laundry service.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Standard quality for this hotel tier
Overall Experience
9.3
Overall very positive: quiet, convenient for train travelers, clean and well equipped rooms with consistently praised staff that make stays pleasant.

Top et personnel très sympathique.
Pros:

A welcome retreat for 5 hours with all our luggage.
Pros:

We were able to stay there for 5 hours during the day while we waited for the sleeper train late at night. It was quiet, cool and comfortable as well as literally being around the corner from the station. Very convenient and helpful staff. The room was clean and having a kitchen was a bonus.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like- we would have been happy to stay there longer.
