Staff we very well presented, and so polite and chatty.
Had a wonderful upgrade to room with a balcony which I loved having my morning coffee on in the beautiful sunshine with the view of tower bridge..and the bed was the best Ive slept in for years! The extra payment for the roses was well worth it 👌

Pros:

Pros:

First, the staff! Our room was very comfortable and having good air conditioning was awesome, since we happened to visit London during a heatwave! The restaurant was lovely especially to sit next to the windows along the street front. The breakfast was also terrific!

If you need to stay in the City of London, this is a good choice
Pros:

Pleasantly surprise the room, which was large, well-appointed and comfortable. Good air conditioning too which is increasingly important. Competitive price for the area.

Cons:

Nothing that springs to mind.

Cons:

Wi-fi system was very unreliable. Could only maintain connection for a couple of minutes at a time reliably. It was an unsecure public network that did not support VPNs or variable IP addresses. This makes it difficult to work, use streaming devices, or even maintain basic privacy.

I understand the challenges of having a wi-fi solution for an entire hotel but it’s a very dated and disappointing experience.

Pros:

Came here for birthday celebration. They dropped a celebration card and small desserts in the room. Hotel is very clean and tidy. We liked pretty much everything about it. Location is amazing. Definitely recomending.
