Check-in fine. Location great. The person running breakfast was really nice.
No water all night - was told with a flyer stuck to my door when I got back in the evening - terrible communication. I understand things happen but they said it would be back on by six and it wasn’t till gone eight . Reception staff were really unhelpful, firstly told me at seven that it would be ten minutes then called at eight - tried a few times and they ignored the calls . Went down and they could not have been less interested.

good service- very welcoming staff. loaction and value for money was good with good space in the room. some nice touches when we arrived in the room. received a survey on our first night inviting us to flag any areas for improvement but couldnt think of any.
room service on the saturday didnt arrive until after 3pm- by which time we were back from lunch and resting so didnt get room cleaned. apart from that nothing comes to mind

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the aircon in our room which was very noisy and a solution was offered. The hotel is very close to the tower of London and the City. We'll be back. The restaurant was spacious and breakfast copious with various formulas available. We were particularly appreciative of the staffs' effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
There was only one bathrobe and one small bottle of water in the room which was reserved for two people. Our room was on the second floor with no view so next time we would request a different type of room. Too many emails sent by the hotel.

Room all fine but was given a basement room with no window really. . The issue was dealth with satisfactorily but a bit surprised that, that is npt highlighted when booking?! Prices in bar very hight 16 pounds for a glass of wine... bigger measure but still high!.

The hotel is in a good location that's close to the city of Londo area. About 7-8 minutes walk to subway station. friendly staffs and smooth checkin.
The room is a little bit small compared to the 4-star hotel standard and the central AC is not adjustable.
