Great Stay in London!
Pros:

A friend and I stayed at Apex City of London for 6 nights to visit the city. Overall we had an excellent experience. Check-in was smooth and even though we arrived before the check-in time of 3pm, the room was already ready. The room itself was clean and of the expected size; the bathroom was particularly nice and spacious. We were there during a heat wave, and we were relieved to find that the A/C worked great. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day while we were out and even fixed a broken light without us having to ask.

Location is excellent! The area was nice, and a 5-minute walk to the Tower Hill tube station.

Only two small gripes. The room doors slam loudly; if you are not an early riser, you'll like be woken by other people leaving their rooms in the morning. And on two occasions we had requests for the night staff who were not able to assist us.

Great Stay in London!
Pros:

The room was nice, clean and the bathroom was especially spacious. A/C worked great which we definitely needed as there was a heat wave. We were there to visit the city and found the location perfect for getting around, with a tube station around the corner. Check-in was easy and the staff was professional.

Cons:

The room doors slam loudly, which can be an issue in the mornings or if you're in the room while housekeeping is doing their rounds.

Cons:

Being told on arrival at 13:30 our room was ready, but if we wanted to put our cases in the room while we went out it would be an extra £40.
View from the room was of a wall.
Breakfast-
No bowls
No milk
We asked and were assured the cooked food would be delayed to allow us to eat our cereals. This didn’t happen and it arrived before we had time to take one mouthful of cereal.
