Perfect location for my daughter and I to explore London - hope to return next year :)
Pros:

Lovely room with added little touches such as citrus water at the front desk, gorgeous toiletries and pillow spray. Appreciated the refreshments in the room too which were restocked on day 2.

Our fourth visit
Pros:

I haven’t left a review before but considering this was our fourth visit to the Apex (and won’t be our last!), I thought I should! We have stayed in other hotels in London (some more expensive), but always come back to the Apex as none of them beat it.

We visited as a family of two adults and two children and had a family room, which was very large, clean and comfortable with comfy beds. Our children liked the rubber duck left for each of them!

The location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from Tower Hill station, through a nice area. Nearby is the Sky Garden, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

Breakfast is always delicious with a great selection of continental options (yoghurt, fruit, cereals, pastries, cheeses, ham etc.) and then a menu of cooked items to choose from. We must mention Robert (the manager at breakfast I believe), whose service was excellent and who we enjoyed chatting with, he went out of his way to help us.

We will be back to the Apex next time we’re in London

Excellent location for business in the City and access to public transport

- clean rooms with all basic amenities needed
- good breakfast selection and cozy seating arrangements

The Great Apex :)
Pros:

Top Hotel. Clean Rooms. Very modern. I would like to highlight that the staff is extremely kind and professional. In particular Rahul and Raphaela were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally i would like to praise the hotels restaurant, The Lampery and especially its excellent Restaurant Assistant and Bar Manager, Robert Axinia. Robert does an outstanding job. He is constantly attentive, proactive and truly dedicated to ensuring the well-being of his guests.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel in der City, absolut empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, groß, gute Betten. Guter Service, gute Organisation, sehr freundlich und professionelle Rezeption. Sauberkeit ohne Makel. Frühstück voll in Ordnung, auch preislich, Bar auch. Insoweit sehr gerne wieder. Die Lage ist ruhig für Innenstadt und nie laut.

Cons:

Ein Zimmer hatte keine Öffnungsmöglichkeit der Fenster, und die dann notwendige und auch vorhandene Klimaanlage war gut - aber kalt und etwas laut. Im Bad könnte es am Spiegel etwas heller sein, das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Dusche war top. Zimmer sind normal leise.

Tema desayuno: si lo reservas la noche de antes son 15,50 libras y si no te cobran 25,50 libras por persona, sin tener en cuenta que eres cliente.

Excellent hotel in a great location
Pros:

The location is great quiet area but close to transport links and various places of interest within walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and very well equipped

The bed was a just a bit too hard but that’s just personal preference
