Very good hotel at excellent location not just for business travellers
Pros:

The hotel was chosen primary because of its location, but everything was great! The breakfast was really good, room was cozy but very comfortable and with spacious bathroom. Event the slippers were great! :)
At first I thought there were no USB charging ports, like other guests reported and even the receptionist, but yes there are USB charging sockets in the room. You can find them by the bed and by the table, integrated in the standard AC sockets.
Will probably choose this hotel for my next business visit.

Pros:

Colazione abbondante e molto molto buona. La posizione eccellente, vicinissima all’underground e comodissima anche per il London City Airport. La stanza non enorme ma perfetta e con bagno invece molto grande.

Excellent hotel in quiet, central area of London.
Pros:

We have stayed at the hotel before, and will most likely stay again. The hotel is in a very good location, a couple of mins walk from The Tower of London and just around the corner from the 4 Seasons hotel (they usually pick prime spots!) The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, which is rare for such a central location. The hotel staff are very friendly, informative and professional. There is a very good restaurant on site with a buffet breakfast (which we did not try this time). The room was a good size, very clean and with a super comfy bed and stylish decor. The bathroom was bright, heated mirror, good shower and great bath - perfect for our little one to bath in. Generally its an excellent hotel.

Cons:

There are a few steps to go up from the street to the reception area and the lift for strollers/disabled was not working. A bit annoying with a stroller, but I guess a lot more annoying if you are in a wheelchair. The neighborhood is in a financial district and so a number of bars and restaurants around the hotel are closed on weekends, with most clientele being office workers Mon-Friday.

Overall very good and I would book again.
Pros:

The room was very good except that there were no plug sockets on one side of the bed - there should always be plug sockets at the bedside.
Overall, the staff were very good and friendly
Breakfast was excellent, with an excellent choice.
The hotel was close to many areas and tube stations.

Cons:

Neither side of the bed had plug sockets.
We did ask in the morning for both extra coffee and milk; when we came back to the room later, they were not there, but we asked again, and they came immediately.
