Never disappoints
Pros:

Perfect location for visiting St Olav's next door. Usual friendly staff. We didn't use the restaurant this time. Accessible room was an unexpected bonus.

Very central but needs more attention to details
Pros:

Staff at the restaurant super kind, professional and flexible. The gym is modern and very well equipped. Cooked breakfast is really good. Dinner menu and food is also very good.

Cons:

We arrived on Friday evening and left on Monday lunch time. For the whole period all elevetors where out of service. We where at the sixth floor, I don't think this is acceptable for an hotel in central London. For 2 times during the weekend we ordered a taxi at the reception and, after waiting, we asked why the taxi was not coming. Only at that point the reception staff told us that the taxi was cancelled.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour l’emplacement.
Très bon accueil, disponible et très réactif pour répondre aux emails.
Petit déjeuner en promo si vous commandez la veille.
Proche du métro Tower Hill.
Il n’était pas possible de sélectionner 3 adultes pour la chambre familiale. Nous avons donc réservé pour 2 adultes et payé aucun supplément pour la 3e personne à notre arrivée. Le canapé lit est très confortable.

Cons:

Attention si vous sélectionnez lits jumeaux, cela n’est pas pris en compte dans la réservation de l’hôtel. Vérifiez avec eux avant d’arriver.
Beaucoup de spams sur Booking, WhatsApp et email.

Posizione eccezionale
Pros:

Apex è localizzato a a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro Tower Hill della linea Circle e consente di spostarsi dappertutto. Camminando per 15 minuti si arriva tranquillamente a Tower Bridge e London Bridge. Zona molto tranquilla ma ben collegata. Personale dell’albergo accogliente e disponibile.
Camera piccola ma molto pulita e completa di ogni bene di prima necessità.
Da non dimenticare The Lampery, bar e ristorante presente in struttura di ottima qualità.
