Problem with water during the night.
The hotel is conveniently situated not far from tube station. We got a great reception in our room for our anniversary
The only issue was regarding their request to pay through the hotel link- although we gave all our details to booking. The link didn’t work properly so we had some nuisance with this issue - phone calls etc.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly
The lift wasn’t work in the main reception area, which made it tricky with the kids pushchairs
Room was very nice, ideal for a family of 4. High standard too. Nice breakfast to boot.

Fabulous location and front desk staff are very pleasant. Breakfast is à la carte for hot options, with some continental cold items and fruit on buffet.
Unfortunately, the hard mattress wasn't to my preference.
Slower bar service than expected; we had to cancel a drinks order because we wouldn't have had time to finish them before needing to leave to catch a train.

Zimmer sind recht eng, Dusche ist in der Badewanne, was ich nicht mehr zeitgemäss finde. Und fast kein Schrank in dem man was ablegen kann.
The staff were all lovely, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel was excellent, short walk to Tower Station and also the pier for river taxis
Only slight niggle was some things didn't quite work. The aircon cooled the room a little but the controls were non-responsive, so couldn't reduce target temperature. The shower door looked like it had a bodge fix and didn't close properly
