Comfortable stay with a nice view and amazing breakfast.
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and comfy. We had a amazing view with balcony. Every evening there are some activities (concerts, quizzes night, dances) in case you want to stay in hotel. Breakfasts were one of the best I ever tried.

Cons:

Pillows which seem to be used for a long time already :)

Mixed up rooms. Had booked sea view but fully booked for first night. Given a Mountain View room which was inferior

Goede kamers geen service .

Ik heb voor 4 vrienden ieder een 2 persoons kamer .geboekt

We kwamen er rond 23.00 aan en vroegen om eten omdat we honger hadden ivm
annulering vlucht. Ze konden ons daar niet mee helpen helaas!
Lang wachten met inchecken omdat er veel mensen tegelijk aan kwamen! Geen extra personeel ingezet!
We moesten in de ochtend alweer rond 9.00 weg dus geen gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten maar wel veel betaald!
Door de haast vergeet ik mijn tandenborstel. Mijn vraag aan hun of ze het kunnen opsturen (soort van service dacht ik) dat kost u 50,00! Daar knap ik volledig op af !!!

Spedzilismy jedna noc ze wzgledu na anulowanie lotu. Wszytsko poszlo sprawnie I z usmiechem. Sniadanko standardowe czyli wszystkiego po trochu. Smaczne.

W cenie biletu mielismy miec butelke wina o ktorej zapomnieli naszykowac. Rano miala byc przyniesiona do pokoju ale nic nie dotarla. Przed wymeldowaniem spytalem czy mozna wymienic wina na kawe i pani w recepcji zalatwila.wszystko.

Overall good facilities but noise insulation left a lot to be desired

Breakfast was great, most staff were really helpful

The first room we stayed in was horrible and we then had to pay to upgrade. There was construction next door which did put a dampener on some facilities and rooms

Loved it. Would love the chance to go back.
Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic thanks.
I had to change rooms due to originally looking out onto hoardings for a building site but my new room was perfect and I really enjoyed the views. Thank you for arranging it.
I used the pool and gym and both were excellent.
Staff always friendly and helpful.

Generally a good stay, but improvements needed

Generally a very nice hotel, clean and good amenities. The breakfast buffet was good and diverse overall. Great pool!

Cons:

At the time of booking we were not informed about a massive construction site right next to the building. Even the hotel website or Booking.com description doesn’t mention this. My „panoramic Mountain View“ Room was overlooking the construction site and it was extremely noisy from 8am until 6pm. It was also missing the balcony I had specifically booked.
When I brought this to the staffs attention, the lady at the reception desk was very defensive and not understanding at all. No compensation or room change was offered.
Another small but mighty thing: PLEASE get a proper coffee machine for the breakfast restaurant! You cannot be serious serving instant coffee in a 4* resort!!
