De tudo! Foi simplesmente o melhor hotel que já estive em toda a minha vida ... não há palavras ! Um excelente hotel, e uns excelentes trabalhadores, super educados e simpáticos !

Pequeno almoço. Localização. Piscina exterior. A garrafa oferecida...apesar de não estar no quarto, e de ter pedido fora de horas, os funcionários foram bastante prestáveis a ir levar ao quarto. Apesar do checkout ao meio dia, foi possível usar a piscina exterior, e garantiram-nos acesso ao balneário para banho antes do voo.
Piscina interior estava suja. AC do quarto não funcionar com controlo remoto. Pequena avaria no autoclismo...sempre a escorrer agua...válvula de corte não funcionava. Faturas de bebidas e comidas já vêm com uma taxa de gorjeta de 10%...é certo que é opcional, mas vai logo descriminada para assinar...
Pool was nice and buffet breakfast was good
Room was very outdated and had a bad smell through the whole floor. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Our fridge died during our stay and lost shower had no pressure.

Não faz sentido irmos para ter descanso e o hotel estar em renovação. No quarto onde ficamos não se ouvia barulho, contudo nas zonas comuns (por exemplo piscina exterior), não dava para descansar convenientemente.

We originally booked our stay at the TUI Blue Gardens for a romantic getaway to celebrate a birthday in Funchal, as shown in the booking details for our June trip. Upon arrival, there was an unforeseen issue with our assigned room. However, what could have easily been a stressful start to a celebration was instantly turned into an absolute masterclass in hospitality.
Instead of making us wait or leaving us inconvenienced, the management immediately stepped up and rebooked us into their luxurious 5-star sister property, the Royal Savoy. The transition was completely seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure the disruption did not impact our special occasion.
Our time at the Royal Savoy was nothing short of an amazing, unforgettable experience. The facilities were stunning, the atmosphere was perfect for a couple's trip, and the level of care from the staff made the birthday celebration truly exceptional.
Issues can happen at any property, but a hotel's true quality is defined by how they resolve them. The Savoy Signature team handled our situation with incredible grace, professionalism, and generosity, turning a minor hiccup into the absolute highlight of our time in Madeira. I highly recommend trusting this group with your stay—they truly know how to take care of their guests!
Der Pool und das Gym
Das Zimmer war sehr abgenutzt und alt und im Hotel ist eine Riesenbaustelle auf der 6 Tage die Woche gearbeitet wird. Es war sehr laut
Les chambres vu mer, la literie la piscine et la qualité des infrastructures du spa. L’emplacement de l’hôtel: restaurants à moins de 10 minutes et centre ville à 25 minutes à pieds. Petit parking et quelques places devant l’hôtel vous trouverez aussi facilement des places aux alentours.
Il faudrait améliorer la qualité du café au petit déjeuner pas de choix à part du café en carafe ! Un distributeur d’eau serait aussi idéale et éviterait l’utilisation de bouteille d’eau.
Attention l’établissement est en travaux (rénovations de chambres) bruits de perceuse et marteau incessant et chantier a l’arrière du bâtiment il y en a pour quelques mois.. (je conseille vivement la vue mer) avec une grue ce qui n’est pas du tout relaxant même depuis la piscine !
