Pros:

Lovely hotel grounds beautiful and staff friendly.

Cons:

The fact that the lift wasn't working and with arthritis in both knees and being on the top floor caused a lot of problems.

Cons:

Should provide slippers for hotel guests for the spa. Disappointing we could only have these if we purchased them.

Complete lack of any leadership or visible management of a lovely hotel. Breakfast is dangerous to health.
Pros:

Lovely view and great bathroom

Cons:

No receptionist available on desk as we arrived with a 5 minute wait to appear.
Staff had no idea which gins were local.
All staff were there individually lovely but there was a complete lack of any leadership in the restaurant.
Breakfast took 20 minutes to arrive, sausages were so pale and cold that they were dangerously undercooked. Everything on the plate was cold apart from one of the fried eggs which was lukewarm and not properly cooked. The other was cold and uncooked.

It was a pleasant visit, I enjoyed a lovely dinner by the water and came back to a clean room and comfortable bed.
Pros:

Beautiful location for a nice sea side getaway, or Easter holiday. Staff were nice. They were able to accommodate my allergies.

Cons:

Bathroom smelled of paint and windows are older so they couldn’t lock efficiently.
