Beautifully presented rooms, next to beach but the food was just OK, very few drinks were available for all inclusive. One bar only for a hotel if that size. The grill house was disappointing. The Mexican and the peri peri chicken House were just OK. To top the whole experience the driver who was to pick us up at 5.45 turned 20 minutes late with a different level of rudeness and obnoxious behaviour - hope he's had the day he deserved. Sort yourself out self out Mr Driver, you are a grown up man!!.

24 of us arrived at 8-30 am kept going back after being told rooms would be ready at different times of day only to be told they weren’t ready . Stuff at check-in did not speak at all no interaction . Rooms are back to the 1970s.. was there four days room not cleaned at all. All the staff lacked personality.and were miserable. At checkout this morning at 6 am around 30 people waiting as only one member of staff on again miserable no interaction.. first time at this hotel and certainly the last two stars are best, and that is being a generous
Came here on a family holiday , the food is terrible none of the kids would eat anything, even the deserts were bad , managed to get them to eat croissants with jam , wife hated it , wine bad , cocktails disgusting , this is a budget hotel ideal for young , if you like nice food

We enjoyed a quiz night with Boris nima sufyn was interactive.
We thought the smell in our room on our arrival yesterday was bad enough, but today it's so much worse! We arrived yesterday to a pleasant check in service. However when we got to our room, we were greeted by a (main) light not working plus an unpleasant sewage smell. Maintenance fixed the light, after about an hour, reception refusing to move us because they are fully booked. Then another maintenance person was dispatched to spray air freshener to minimise or eliminate the pungent odour. It clearly hasn't worked because today the smell is totally overpowering, to the point we have had to close the patio door to contain the smell internally.
Honest review here - Pretty average 4 star hotel, Check in is at 5pm so you may have to wait around. Only one bar open at the far end of the hotel, and to be fair the area is dated, but the views are very good down the coast line. Beer and coffee are good. Most the other drinks are MGM branded and supermarket standard spirits. The wine was also not to my taste. Cocktails are premade in a machine and not good quality.
Jac's buffet available for food but not a lot of choice, and bland chicken or meat, chips and a bit of salad, pasta and pizza, but again bland. Breakfast was a bit better but also standard faire. This is a combination of what looks like 3 hotels in a row, purchased and branded under one name. A nice big pool but no bar next to it. A separate pool, in the main hotel having the bar and restaurant near by. Dont worry about the other choices as they were also bland, we ate in the grill and its basically a BBQ. A garden area with all the food venues in the same place, buta few people commenting its all the same. For the price you cannot complain, booked last minute and I was happy with the deal. Its not worth the extra for AI, but it only £30 per night each, so you can get that back with breakfast and a few beers during the day. Lunch at a push, but limited choice. We were in K block which is up the hill, however the rooms were very good, cleaned daily and no issues with them. But, a long walk to the bar and not good for people with mobility issues. We ate out every day, after trying the food first night, it is very plain. had a breakfast which to be fair is OK, a standard hotel breakfast. Overall it was better than some of the YouTube videos I have seen, but i would not go again, even if its on offer. A few Stag and hen groups and lots of families staying. Staff are very polite and professional, and no issues with any of them. Cleaners are very good, leaving fresh towels every day. Overall, hit and miss on where they put you in terms of rooms, if you like cheap food and drinks its for you, if you want a nice meal and a nice cocktail you will have to eat out. You get what you pay for, a cheap deal, but its not for me.
Went on a girls holiday with my friends and our mothers, the rooms were so dirty and the drains were full of faeces. The bedding and towels were dirty, we had to get our room fully cleaned changed the day we arrived. The rooms smelt of pure poo and onions, we had to keep the door open all day. Then to top it off we woke up to a condom full of bodily fluids on our balcony with body fluids all over chairs and table. We reported this all to customer services and were offered a late checkout but refused as the room was so smelly and unclean. We asked could we have a complementary breakfast as the room was so dirty we couldn’t make food in it and they refused and said it wasn’t there problem.

Very good experience
Booked through On The Beach. Hotel info says 23 restaurants and bars. During a busy Easter only 4 speciality restaurants plus Jacs. Only 2 bars open. No Csscata buffet although listed ss open. Although all inclusive having to go to nearby restaurants for better quality food.
Would recommend to anyone , great service , friendly staff , great experience overall

The food was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and beautifully prepared. The service was just as impressive — a big thank you to Chetan and Zakir for being so friendly, attentive, and making sure everything was perfect throughout our visit.
Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and wonderful service. Will definitely be coming back!
