Yoandry was amazing tonight in the karaoke the environment was good vibe and energy and we enjoyed his entertainment.it was a good night.

Yoandry was a great host at the karaoke, we loved his singing we had a lovely evening and we felt great afterwards. Thankou for a great evening.

Not alot to. Choose from on menu. All noodle and rice. Did not have fries or curry sauce. I think was only 4 options. Food was too plain for me. Overall service was very good.

Well i have +8 kilograms now, that was my task haha, thanks Chetan and your colleagues for the luxury treatment , i will recommend your place

Rooms are nice and clean, Mandarin restaurant was really good, tasty stir fried beef and chicken noodles that we had. Really nice service from Chetan and Madhav, allways checked on us so we would have enough deing and enjoy our food!

Had a lovely time with my family here definitely will be visiting again the staff at the hotel and restaurant were amazing specially chetan, madhav, rajendar.

Great food and service. The all inclusive payed for itself! thank you Madhav and Zakir for the bbq food!

I read some really bad reviews before we stayed but we had a good experience

Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned, tidied and beds made every day.

Room decor was rather dated but functional. Shower worked fine, kettle etc all working

Sunbeds and patio furniture were ok.

Food, breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice of fruit, cereals, bread, toasts, cooked breakfast, pastries etc

Lunch/dinner ok, what you would expect on all inclusive, there was a different ‘special’ each evening in the main buffet restaurant and various salads, hot food, great cakes!!

All in all exactly what we needed, a cheap, short break out of season and we got some good weather too 😀

The food was good, the staff when having food at the grill especially Chetani and Madhav were friendly and chatty. 10/10

So unfortunate that have to give a negative but honest review. Would not consider this to be a 4* hotel. Or stay again.

Rooms - given wrong room initially. Jacuzzi didn't work, told they're all waiting to be removed.

Food. Not great, very basic considering this is the 2nd largest hotel in Europe. The buffet choice is small for a hotel that can cater for up to 500. 3 families left the Chinese booked restaurant, meal was cold and not nice. Room also cold sat with coat on where we moved because ants were crawling on the table ended up leaving as well as 3 other families who also went over to the inclusive buffet where the Mexican option that had been supposedly cancelled was available without the need for booking. This hotel seemed to be extra attentive to larger groups of arrivals. Who happened to be given their own are to dine in the buffet area.
Many advertised restaurant meals were not available due to lack of staff and bookings as told by staff member.
Cooking facilities in rooms but not allowed to bring own food and drink onto grounds.
Nightclub opens from 10-11pm wven on Fri & Sat nights as of licence. Opens later during summer months.
On last night outdoor bar area No heating as told gas had run out. Water leaking through ceilings in lots of areas.
Our room toilet cistern was trying to fill all night so kept us awake.
Shops/clubs -
Old Town and the Strip mainly closed during this time of year.
What was good -
Staff - Customer service lady at help desk who changed our room to the correct type paid for was very helpful and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. She was very attentive and polite and the view from our room was exceptional.
The 2 gentleman Madhan and Chetan who we saw in the club both gave the best service at the resort. They were much appreciated and good guys, a refreshing change.
Portugal, Albufeira, Scenery, location, the beaches all very beautiful and the boat trip and dolphins tour would highly recommend. Will hopefully visit again and stay somewhere else.

Chetan and Madhav doted on us! We were running late and they made us feel so welcome. Fantastic food! I’m definitely coming back!

I arrived in afternoon on Saturday and there was no mention that you had to leave €100 at the desk for “breakage damage” the staff seemed nice but as the week got on the room wasn’t cleaned properly. I have found multiple bugs in the bed so ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa. The restaurants that you book into at night constantly disturbed you when you are asking for reviews.
Anytime you speak to the desk I felt judged the weren’t knowledgeable about where to do any shops apart from the strip.

The buffet was okay you will find something to eat even if you’re fussy. It wasn’t all bad. The room was spacious and my bags were taken to the room but the lift stopped working even after I reported it twice. All inclusive drinks (spirits) weren’t really drinkable the beer was nice.

The pools were too cold to use so I asked about indoor pool and I was told it was in the sister hotel but it’s like going to a sports pool.

Overall I wouldn’t stay here again as a solo female. The piano bar isn’t included in the all inclusive and they aren’t very forth comming with information.

We went for a 4 night break all inclusive between Christmas and New year, first impressions ok, we had lunch at the buffet restaurant which was fine. After that it took a turn for the worst, 20 minutes to find our room which was out of the way.
Once in the room I was extremely disappointed as it was supposed to be a superior garden view suite. This is not 4 star accommodation, very run down.
The only bar was so depressing, we spent as much time in the buffet restaurant to have comfortable drink as this was the only other all inclusive place for a drink.
The breakfast in the buffet was very good, but the speciality restaurant we went to was soleless.
We had to pay €100 breakage deposit on arrival as of yet (13 day after checking out) I am still waiting for my refund, I have messaged twice and have had now response.
My husband and I are open minded when travelling and make the most of where we stay but we would definitely not return or recommend this accommodation..

This was my first visit to Portugal and I chose it to try and experience another culture in a Christian country during Christmas other than England. The weather was not a factor as rain was forecast for most of the week and even though it did rain nearly every day, when the sun came out it was quite warm and I actually spent Xmas morning on the beach in t-shirt and shorts which was very different from the UK ! However, I never really felt like it was Christmas at all as the complex was so big it felt very impersonal. I had to queue for nearly 45 mins on Xmas eve to get into Jacs, the restaurant, which was very disappointing and I was not prepared to do it again on Christmas day as there were even more people queuing, and the food was okay but certainly not worth queuing for, so I went off the resort to enjoy a nice meal at a local Chinese restaurant. Despite being all inclusive i spent most of the time in the Piano Bar which showed live football, but if there was any entertainment it barely lasted more than an hour .However, the young bar tender was excellent, but as he was on his own it was a struggle to get a drink although he did make a mean mojito! To summarise, al the staff were really helpful and their English was excellent however I never really felt like it was Christmas at all. 1 will return to Portugal but in the summer as I felt that although all inclusive, a lot of the amenities were unavailable due to it actually being Xmas. This was a good value for money break but I felt like as the resort was so big no one really knew or cared that I was there.

Yoandry - Amazing performer. Very fun and engaging. So versatile with his events. This week, he has done dance, magic, and karaoke with us. He was so fun! I'm here for three weeks and can't wait to see him again. Love that the hotel has a bar, easy to get to and don't have to travel for fun!

Went to the grill house BBQ and was served by Chetan and Madhav very fast service food was really nice definitely recommend

Perfect and a very good hotel and restaurants whereby you can find a different varieties of foods of your choice. Both the hotel and restaurants are clean and outstanding
