Aunque las habitaciones no son modernas y están un poco anticuadas mejor es que sea así porque lo bueno es que son grandes y el baño igual y por eso prefiero anticipado pero son muuyyy cómodas no como otros hoteles que ido muy modernos pero espacios reducidos y para nada cómodos y el servicio penoso, no me queda otra que decir que a este hotel Concorde volveré siempre que valla a Gran Canarias. Un saludo a tod@ el equipo del hotel.

Que la cafetería cierra muy temprano y que cafetería no tenga cocina para hacer un sándwich.

La struttura era tutto apposto e anche come prezzo ci stava, la colazione era fantastico😎

Eravamo in due nella stanza ma cambiavano una asciugamano al giorno che non ho capito perché.

Éramos mi marido , mi hija de 3 años y yo . Pero en último momento llevamos a una sobrina de 3 años y resulta que el de recepción nos dijo que la habitación era para 3 , le comenté que podíamos pagar un suplemento por la niña a lo que me respondió que : que en la habitación no había hueco para 4 🧐????? Era una niña de 4 años!!!! En una cama inmensa y una cama extra … en fin me parece terrible que nos dijera eso cuando pretendía que dejáramos a la niña durmiendo que ? En la calle ? Pone 4 estrellas y no creo que sea así …

Great location, comfortable enough for a couple of nights.
Pros:

Perfect location 2 seconds from the beach, room was basic but comfortable, typocal spakosh style or room and bathroom. Rooftop pool was actually quite nice with sunbeds and a toilet so you didnt have to go back downstairs. Didnt use the bar area downstairs, reception staff helpful with queries

Cons:

The restaurant upstairs was very expensive and had we realised on arrival the proximity of the beach bars we would have gone there. 20 euro each for a self serve buffet lunch but most of the food was cold and in comparison we could have gotten nicer options at the beach front for half the price.

Pros:

Începând de la personal,poziția hotelului aproape de faleză,facilitățile,toate au fost deosebite

Cons:

Nu prea a fost ok ca și antifonarea camerei se auzea tot de afara și de pe hol când se cazau alți clienti
Plus usa de la intrare scârțâie foarte tare
Având în vedere ca este un hotel de 4 stele ....
