Excellent hotel ✨
Pros:

Excellent hotel, very helpful staff, good interior and aesthetics, grear location only 10 minutes away from the airport and easy / convenient drive to Cascina Gobba park and ride car park to take the metro to central Milan.

Very good price and fair services
Pros:

The Hotel it is very well situated from the BGY Airport, the area it is easy to acces and very close to the location it is a gas station where I could refill the rented car before giving back to the provider. Very nice staff, the hotel it is clean and the price for a transit night was excellent. They have free available parking and many places available. The room was big. We didn t have breakfast because we went very early to the airport. I toked and paid only for a coffee, it was very good.

Cons:

I need to mention that the rooms need some renovations especially on the walls and some old furniture. As it was mentioned in some comments from other guests, there is a strong smell in the hotel and in the rooms, but it is not a bad smell, it is mostly from the cleaning substances and what is used for cleaning the sheets and the towels - maybe it will be better to reduce somehow the smell or to use for the sheets and towel other cleaning substances with less "flavour", this could improve for sure the atmosphere. The bed was ok but the mattress could be more comfortable.

Posizione dell'Hotel molto comoda da raggiungere e vicino alla città

Cons:

Camere, trascurate nei dettagli, necessiterebbero di una ristrutturazione.
Temperatura delle stanze estremamente calda e non controllabile adeguatamente con termostato.
Staff non del tutto professionale e poco cordiale

Pros:

Moderno, pulito, accogliente, colazione variegata e abbondante, letti comodi, camera spaziosa, bagni puliti, personale gentilissimo, molti parcheggi a disposizione, a pochi km da Bergamo centro e aeroporto. Cosa si può pretendere di più da un soggiorno? Credo niente...10/10

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca è la poca insolazione sonora delle camere, si sentono le persone al di fuori della camera. Ma si può sorvolare.

Colazione molto ricca, tantissima scelta di dolci, brioches, torte, yogurt. Il salato forse un po' meno ricco.

Cons:

La posizione forse un po' scomoda per raggiungere Bergamo città se non automuniti.
