It was just a one-night stopover, but I was very satisfied with this hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The location near the airport is very convenient and makes traveling easy and stress-free. A great option for a comfortable stopover.

Cons:

This was by no means a 4 star hotel, I think giving it even one star would be far fetched. There was a terrible smell as soon as you entered the lobby. The same smell, albeit a bit more mild was also present in the room. The room was dirty, the bed uncomfortable, the sink was not draining.

I booked the hotel because I wanted to run on the treadmill in the morning and this hotel had a gym. The gym was in the basement in a very small room, with no possibility to open any window. I ran there one morning, but it got HOT.

The sauna cost 30 Euros for 2 hours, so I did not use it.

Probably one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

Un buon hotel per chi viaggia per lavoro.

Ampio parcheggio, comodo per chi viaggia per lavoro. Zona tranquilla, personale gentile e a disposizione. Buona la colazione, varia ed abbondante.

Cons:

Clean and cozy hotel
Pros:

Very cozy hotel. Large room with a beautiful view from the window and a relaxation area. There is a shopping center right next to the hotel, and a train station nearby. It is only 1 stop to the center of Bergamo (a few minutes).
