Great place to stay if you're visiting Kilometro Rossi!

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Maurizio, for his help locating my husband's group, so that I could meet up with them for a conference banquet, for lending me an umbrella, and being awesome. Special thanks to the chef/cook, for working late when people arrive late, even after the kitchen has closed. The wait staff is friendly, and accommodating.

The breakfast was good- typical Italian-style sweet breakfast- rolls, etc... They also offered scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, toast, fruit cocktail, fresh fruit options, yogurt. There was a machine that made coffee drinks, fresh juice, water available.

My husband attended a conference at Kilometro Rossi. This hotel is perfectly situated for people working at or visiting Kilometro Rossi. Their outsourced laundry service is expensive, but effective.

Cons:

The taxis are very expensive from this location. The desk staff defaults to RadioTaxi, which provides a good service, but arrives at the hotel with a large amount on the meter, apparently billing the new fare for the ride to get there from their last fare. There is a local taxi driver who they do not call... not sure why. The local guy lives in Stezzano, is very responsive, and about 25 percent less expensive. His name is Gianni. I found him by googling taxi stezzano. It would be nice if they had a list of ways to get around, with approx. costs.

Non credo di tornare
Cons:

Be essendo io celiaco, nella colazione mettere le 4 cose senza glutine in uno scaffale praticamente per terra, quindi un ospite per vedere cosa può mangiare si deve praticamente inginocchiare, penso sia una scelta quantomeno discutibile, inoltre stanze molto sporche .

Hotel w ciekawym stylu, ale pokoje wymagają odświeżenia.Pomocny i uprzejmy personel, śniadania w stylu włoskim i europejskim.Restauracja z dużym wyborem win i smacznym jedzeniem.Blisko do stacji kolejowej i autostrady.
W nocy bez problemu dojechaliśmy do hotelu z lotniska autobusem.

Cons:

Hotel OK,jednak jeżeli planowalibyśmy kolejny raz odwiedzić Bergmo,z pewnością szukalibyśmy hotelu w samym Bergano ,aby uniknąć dojazdów pociągiem do centrum.
