It was perfect for what we wanted for our 3 night trip to the beautiful Amalfi Coast
Pros:

Location - 15 mins walk from busy noisy centre of Sorrento with amazing views. Modern clean. Great breakfast. Nice pool. Helpful front office staff gave us a list of restaurants and arranged taxi transfer to/from Naples Airport (air con Merc).

Cons:

Only fault was only shampoo - no conditioner!!!

Pros:

The room was spacious for 3 people and we had a great ocean view.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
The facilities were kept pristine.
We would recommend to family and friends.

Cons:

Location was a bit long to walk to the town square and the sidewalks were very narrow. Too hot during summer to walk to town square so had to spend for taxi rides. Would be nice for hotel to offer shuttles to town square during hot summer months.

Okay stay, did not love the location of hotel which is on a blind curve. Would not stay again.
Pros:

We liked the size of the room, and the updated bathroom and bedroom. The balcony was beautiful.

Cons:

The hotel was a 25 minute walk to the center of town, farther than advertised. The hotel is on a blind curve and very dangerous to cross the road. The hotel staff was polite but not overly friendly. The breakfast spread was kind of disappointing compared to other hotels I stayed at.

Pros:

The only good thing about Hotel Miramare is its location — about a 15-minute walk from the center of Sorrento. Other than that, there’s really nothing worth recommending.

1. The soundproofing is terrible. We stayed in the top-floor room with a terrace, and the walls might as well have been paper. You can hear everything — conversations, footsteps, even when the neighbors turn on the tap. During our stay, the guests next door were showering and packing at 4 a.m., which completely woke us up. The staff didn’t offer any real help to resolve the issue.
2. Breakfast was very disappointing — no hot food at all and extremely limited choices.
3. The room had a very strong chemical smell after cleaning, making it unpleasant to stay in.
4. The hotel is poor value for money. Although we understand it was peak season, the overall quality is far below a true 4-star standard.
5. Staff were indifferent and unhelpful, showing no warmth or initiative.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera all’ultimo piano con terrazza e sembrava non ci fossero muri: si sentivano chiaramente le conversazioni, i passi e perfino quando i vicini aprivano il rubinetto. Durante il nostro soggiorno, gli ospiti della stanza accanto facevano la doccia e preparavano le valigie alle 4 del mattino, svegliandoci completamente. Il personale non ha offerto alcun aiuto concreto per risolvere il problema.
2. La colazione è stata molto deludente — nessun piatto caldo e pochissima scelta.
3. Dopo la pulizia, la stanza aveva un forte odore di disinfettante, molto sgradevole.
4. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero scarso. Anche considerando l’alta stagione, la qualità complessiva è ben al di sotto di un vero hotel a 4 stelle.
5. Il personale è apparso freddo e poco disponibile, senza mostrare alcuna accoglienza o attenzione.

I would have like tea making facilities in the room.
The location was difficult to walk to from town.
I think there could have been a free shuttle bus up to the hotel.
Also the reception staff were not friendly at all and they were not helpful with getting around etc.

Close to the business district of Sorrento. The hotel serves breakfast to the guest. The staff is great.
Pros:

The hotel is located near the downtown area of Sorrento. It is exceptionally clean, with rooms that are spotless and well-maintained.

Cons:

The hotel is situated right next to a very busy road. Please exercise caution while staying here.
