Great location in Toronto.
Pros:

The interior suite was very large, and having a kitchenette was fantastic. The location of the hotel is really convenient and close to everything. Staff were really helpful.

Cons:

We were disappointed not to have a bath as per the room description. The staff organised for us to move rooms after the first night which was good. The interior suite is dark - obviously it's interior so we knew it wouldn't have daylight but it could be so much better with decent lighting. It would be good to have a toaster available in the kitchenette.

great, good location, a little bit small rooms for 4 persons
Pros:

the room was comfortable with a real kitchen and a laundry in the room; that was really great; good coffee; ceramic plates (no plastic or paper)

Cons:

there was less space round the beds; one bed was directly near the side of the wall; less space for the suitcases

Super!
Pros:

Les lits étaient confortables et la chambre bien calme. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux. Très propre. Super machine à café et cuisinette bien pensée.

Cons:

Cependant, lors de notre séjour, des ascenseurs étaient en panne; il fallait donc attendre un peu, mais c'est tout à fait bénin. On voit bien que des travaux sont en cours afin de maintenir le chic de l'endroit. C'est une belle idée, car pour le moment, la déco est un peu vieillissante (papier peint qui pèle, par exemple). Cela dit, nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Merci!

Centered in Toronto with easy access to all Toronto has to offer in beautiful comfortable accommodations
Pros:

The location is amazing . Several transit stops just outside the door allows you to go anywhere in the city. The historic building is full of character. The room we stayed it had a kitchen area which was very convenient. Very clean . Staff are very attentive.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything. Our stay was great!

Wonderful views from Tower suites
Pros:

What's not to like? The views from the premium tower suite were breathtaking. From our suite on the 25th floor we could see the CN Tower, Toronto Harbour and in the distance Lake Ontario - and with binoculars we could even see the spray from Niagara Falls!

The room was extremely comfortable - the bed was large and very comfy, the lounge area was great (with a sofa and armchair), the Lavazza coffee maker was a nice touch and the toiletries in the bathroom smelt heavenly.

We ate at the hotel a couple of times and the food was good too.

The location was great - the hotel is actually connected to The Path which means there is an undercover route to Union station without having to use steps (a couple of escalators and a lift is needed) which means you can easily get between the two with just a 10 minute walk, even with cases.

Cons:

There's not a lot to fault - our only criticism is that the food took a long time to come, which was an issue at breakfast - we had to wait 30 minutes one morning after placing the order, which meant we nearly missed an appointment we had in the city and had to rush eating. But most people are on holiday and more relaxed so a 30 minute might not be an issue, or may not be typical. I haven't taken points off, just an observation.

Buena ubicación, amplio y cómodo.
Pros:

Buena ubicación. cerca del centro comercial que hay en el centro y de la CN Tower. Habitación con cocina, nevera y lavadora, bastante amplia y cómoda. En general nos gustó bastante. Buena limpieza.

Cons:

Las camas eran muy pequeñas, para dormir dos es muy justa. El baño era antiguo, no estaba reformado. Faltaba menaje de cocina, éramos cuatro y no había una taza de desayuno para cada uno.
