Pros:

High quality, great location, direct access to PATH
Pros:

- The historic site has a special feel to it
- Direct access to the underground path system is extremely practical. There is a food court, a durg store and a subway station right at the PATH access of the hotel
- Service and quality of the rooms is very good

Cons:

- The breakfast has to be ordered in the attached café and is brought to your table. We went to the food court in the PATH and got some bagels or sandwiches instead

Really cool but coulda been better!
Pros:

The hotel is without any doubt in a great position - the subway is out of the door, it is downtown and easy to reach from Union Station. The suit where I have been (tower section) was nice, the view was great and the space was definitely okay!

Cons:

The room is poorly lit. Honestly there was no way to have a big light - you had to turn in several small lights in order to do something at night or in the evening. Great if you only need to work at your desk or watch telly, not so great if you want to do other things... like packing for instance.

In the evening I wanted to have a shower and I had to call the reception which send me a plumber because in the room there was no cold water - only hot water, to hot to have a shower or even brush the teeth.

The hotel is over all old and needs a serious update. Note, it is not bad and it is perfectly enjoyable, but yet it needs to have some things done.

Immer wieder!
Pros:

Tolle Lage, charmantes Hotel und ein super freundliches und umsichtiges Personal. Insbesondere die Damen und Herren an der Bar haben einen fantastischen Job gemacht und waren extrem angenehm. Klasse Bar, insbesondere das Abendessen (Steak!!!) und gute Cocktails.

Good place to stay reasonably priced for downtown core. Staff were exceptional.

Pros:

My room was amazing. It had a kitchenette. I didn't even think that that was going to happen. Loved the hotel. I loved that safe in the basement and the staff was lovely. They even let me go into the safe and take pictures with my sister.

Cons:

I found the whole thing. Lovely great

A perfect place for a Toronto stay
Pros:

My husband was craving ice cream and although not on the bar menu, they created a decadent sundae for him. Also, the espresso martini was amazing.
