A good choice in the financial district.
Pros:

Excellent location + connected to the PATH to Union Station. Friendly and helpful staff. Teller bar.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit dated and the A/C difficult to comtrol.

Pros:

Wunderbare Aussicht. Geräumiges Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile. Tisch und Pult. Modernes Bad mit Dusche und Pflegeprodukten.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts, dass ich hier notieten könnte.

Lage perfekt, schöne Aussicht
Pros:

Mitten in der Stadt, direkt an der Yonge Street, gelegenes Hotel. Toller Empfang, sehr nettes Personal. Das Ambiente in der Lobby ist sehr schön. Der Hotelturm ist laut Google 179 Meter hoch. Bekommt man ein Zimmer weit oben, hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht.

Cons:

Die Dusche war sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gab nur "an" und "aus" und die Brause war fest installiert. Zu Beginn gab es eine ordentliche Portion Kaltwasser. Ich würde mir eine modernere Dusche wünschen.

Great hotel with great staff.
Pros:

Easy to access everything. Good view from window.
Staff friendly, helpful and attentive.
Had a taxi for the airport linked to the hotel.

Cons:

The length of wait for the lifts.

We enjoyed everything your hotel has to offer, the room was perfect, the location is the best,
Pros:

Our room was just perfect, clean comfortable, nice view of the city. Quiet and peaceful! The Teller lounge has FABULOUS food, just plain excellent. The staff at the lounge are just amazingly friendly and efficient!

Pros:

Fin standard och en generellt bra känsla. Rent och fräscht rum högt upp. Generellt bra service och bra respons när vi hade en fråga om bäddsoffan så ordnades det snabbt.

Cons:

Jag tappade plånboken och bad om att receptionen kunde titta efter den. De var väldigt vänliga men frågade aldrig vem jag var eller hur de skulle kontakta mig. Jag har svårt att tro att de kände igen mig.

Vi var där under VM så priset var väl högt.

Great Stay
Pros:

Location was great. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Would definitely stay again. Bathrooms was good, with good water pressure. there was a washer/dryer..bonus😄

Cons:

Room was clean but could be updated, carpeting changed..new towels etc. But being clean was more important to me.
