Pros:

Huge room with high ceilings making it feel even bigger. Very comfortable beds. The connection to the underground shopping area was super helpful for walking to the train station, especially when it was raining outside. Lots of great coffee options around, including at the hotel itself.

Wspaiały hotel-super lokalizacja.
Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna, wszędzie można dojść na piechotę, upgradewany pokój na wyższym piętrze ukazał niesamowity widok na otaczającą okolicę. Pokoje komfortowe.

Great location, beautiful room/suite, amazing views.
Pros:

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, a short walk from Union Station (direct from airport), lobby/bar was elegant and relaxing. The reception arranged a pick up for us to take trip to Niagara Falls. We had a wonderful day.

Don’t take their “upgrade” from historic to tower bldg

Great location in city

Cons:

They so called “upgraded” my room from the Historic bldg to Towers bldg, but really downgraded my room. So small that there was no room to put your luggage (not even a luggage rack in the room) anywhere in room.

Excellent stay in comfortable, welcoming hotel in heart of Toronto for exploring!
Pros:

Location is excellent. Room has everything we needed. Great to have kitchen facilities. Gym also available to use and sauna and small relaxing pool.

Cons:

Windows didn’t open & found that a bit strange.

Pros:

The hotel is very clean and very near to King station ( at the back door of hotel ). The hotel also near to Union station which you can walk to with in 5-7 mins. You can have good breakfast from Tim Horton or St. Lawrence market which is very near to the hotel. If I come back I will definitely stay here again.

Our experience was great and we would stay there again! Highly recommend!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location to everything. Loved the Daily Ritual cafe downstairs for morning eats. Delicious! Our room was spacious with a lovely view! I had a wonderful experience with Franz, the bellhop. He was helpful and friendly. Also had a wonderful experience with Gie, the concierge. She was helpful, friendly and provided wonderful suggestions. We met the manager one evening and he escorted us to check out the ballroom and gave us some history of the hotel. We didn't expect that and it was a real treat!

Cons:

I didn't like the low toilet, as it was a better fit for a child. The mattress was a not so comfy.
