Clean, comfortable and welcoming.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly and welcoming on arrival. Location was decently priced for the central location.

Friendly staff, perfect location with beautiful views.
Pros:

The location was perfect. The staff was exceptional, especially Prabu Sundararaj. We received an upgrade and the view was FANTASTIC.

Cons:

Found out when checking in that room had no windows which was not in Booking.com description. We therefore upgraded to a similar room with windows at higher cost.

Pros:

Posizione centrale, comoda per raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi punto di attrazione, o volendo con i mezzi, le fermate sono vicine .Hotel di lusso, cordialità e ospitalità perfetti. Pulizia impeccabile ovunque. Straordinario il panorama dei piani alti, straordinarie le sale per eventi, l' ex cavò e la cassaforte, assolutamente inaspettati. Sorprendente il collegamento al The Path.
Suite perfetta, letto king size comodo tipo nuvola, silenziosa e sicura.
Se potessi ci tornerei sicuramente!
Non posso recensire la colazione, ho prenotato solo il pernottamento.

Cons:

Nulla non mi è piaciuto e credo impossibile da migliorare. Ambiente fantastico !

部屋から見える朝日がとても素晴らしく毎朝写真を撮りました。また雨の日は霧と雲海で幻想的でした。
Pros:

ロケーション、環境共に非常に良かったと思います。中華街、イートンセンター、セントローレンスマーケット、美術館等行きたいところが徒歩で自由に回れました。また両隣、上下階のお部屋の音、話し声等は全く気になりませんでした。

Cons:

シャワーが壁に固定されていて動かないのでとても使いにくかったです。
またベッドについては、人それぞれに好みがあるかと思いますが、ベッドから出るとシーツとシーツ下の敷物にずれが起きシワシワになっていました。
