Hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité sur Toronto
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, bien situé l’hôtel est à quelques minute de l’aéroport et du centre ville

Depois de mudar de quarto, melhorou
Pros:

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, no centro antigo de Toronto. Como eu tinha um evento perto, foi bom. A bakery que tem embaixo também é otima e o bar do hotel também.

Cons:

Tive um problema com o quarto no decimo quinto andar, a agua não esquentava, reclamei, a manutenção veio e não adiantou. Então minha primeira noite foi banho gelado em Toronto... depois de reclamar mais duas vezes o funcionário Ethan me ajudou e troquei de quarto. O hotel é gigante, então sempre algo não funciona. Ou o elevador demora muito, ou wifi no 37 andar fraco, não tem roupão, amenidades. Poderia ser mais confortável.

Pros:

Location, historical building, nice gym, nice room with all facilities, amazing view of Toronto downtown from room

Cons:

Bar at the ground floor (Teller's Bar) not really that hep with alcohol or food choices

Beds are not great if you have back pain (cushiony sinking beds)

We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. Other than the kitchen, we loved everything in our room.
Pros:

Hotel is very well maintained. We loved our room. It was well decorated. The bathroom was wonderful with a great shower, tub and towels. We loved the bed. It was extremely comfortable.

Cons:

We stayed for 2 nights. The kitchen area was not well stocked. We had to ask for a dishtowel, dishwashing liquid, 1 frying pan and 1 pot really isn't enough and just enough cutlery and dishes for 2 people. Had to wash them in order to use again and with no dishwashing liquid this difficult. We asked for the dishtowel and dishwashing liquid and they were delivered quickly.

Pros:

Beliggenhet var topp. Store rom. Behagelig seng. Ismaskinen i 12 etasje. Kjøkken med kjøleskap med frys.

Cons:

Kunne vært litt mer utstyr til kjøkkenet som f.eks en brødkniv.
