Staff was extremely amiable, my room was spacious and clean, and the location of the hotel is superb both in terms of exploration by foot and public transportation.
Location
The towels were old, we didn’t have robes in our room, no dishwasher tabs, heat was hard to control in the room, had to ask for the room to be made up so that was done by the end of the 2nd day, extra towels were brought up and just left on a chair, we were missing some dishes in the room (no coffee mugs for example). Overpriced for what is offered.
Location was perfect . Everything was in walking distance . I booked my room in the historic tower ; truly stunning . Nice view of the city and very comfortable . I was very nervous about prices especially coming from TX , but everything either met or exceeded expectations . Most definitely would book there again
