Seven Hills Hotel - Special Class

We are so glad we chose this Hotel for our first visit to Istanbul, the staff was incredible amazing and helpful, they always responded to our questions, requests and concerns, especially Murad, Fatma, Kahya, Ismail, Kadir and all of them. Thank you so much for everything, until we meet again. 10000% recommended.

When i checked in, they were so helpful in setting up a tour with an excellent guide. So glad i did that.

Excellent hotel and location

People are going to the roof top using the elevator. Guest was hard to access. The location of the hotel was great!!

The location was the best and the view from the rooftp outstanding. All the staff were very friendly. The price for the room was appropriate, but the restaurant was noisy and overpriced.

Our stay at Seven Hills Hotel was exceptional. We were offered a room upgrade to their largest room w/ view of Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque from our windows! Both were in easy walking distance. We could not have had a better location in Old Town. Guest services were above and beyond. Our Concierge Ozzy helped us set up a private tour guide and Kadir, our bellman made us Taxi reservations at a good price. We loved staying here with the 2 person jacuzzi bathtub and the rooftop bar with fantastic views!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was big and very nice. I wish we could have stayed for the entire trip but it was booked up and we had to move to another hotel. The hotel is very close to the city center.

We had an bad incident with a breakfast staff but the manager was awesome and very helpful . Lovely place to stay and apart from one bad apple at the staff, the rest of the crew were amazing and really helpful with everything!

Great location in the centre of everything! Rooms a bit tired and very small for what they cost.

Highly recommend Seven Hills Hotel, the location is within a few blocks, close to Tourist attractions, restaurants, shopping and transportation. Staff was exceptionally professional and extremely friendly. The roof terrace restaurant has a great view to the city and good food Highly recommend this Turkey Gem especially for first time Visitors.

Seven Hills was in a great location, close to several tourist sports and also close to T1 tram line.
Staff were very friendly and attentive. We had an incident in the room when shower door jammed and shattered and the staff responded really well and helped us move to another room.

I took advantage of a layover to see the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. I highly recommend Seven Hills Hotel. It's extremely close to both and offers fantastic views of both from their rooftop terrace. The staff was beyond kind and helpful. Ismail, Fatma, and Kadir were all greatly appreciated fduring my stay!

From the moment I booked Seven Hills I knew I had made the right decision. Upon booking, I promptly received an e-mail to thank me for choosing Seven Hills, they stayed in contact with me with different services they offered.

With very little notice on my part, Ismail arranged an airport transport to the hotel. We were offered a free upgrade to my room and offered us a lovely breakfast with outstanding views. Fatima, Otan and Sinan made sure our EVERY need was taken care of throughout our stay.

Thank you Seven Hills for making us feel like we were home. Istanbul was absolutely amazing too, the culture, the people, the history will always have a piece of my heart. I will be back :).

great location for those interested in visiting the mosques and other historic places. staff excellent willing to assist you with every detail.

All shoppings are a walking distance. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia etc..
Most of the restaurants have a rooftop dinner area where you can have your dinner with the beautiful Bosphorus view right in front you.
The staff hotel treats you like a family. We left missing them.

Clean and close to tourist attractions.

Clean room and staff very nice. Room a bit rundown.The Rooftop was a mess! Seagulls flying all over and dropping poop on our table and food! Disgusting! Service was not good. Never went back. Over priced too! And loads of tourists coming and going which caused the elevators to be unavailable for guests.

We loved the entire staff. There were a few standouts Fatima, Ozzy, Murat and Kudir.

The location itseld was in the Heart of the Main Square.. Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topaki Palace , Gran Bazaar and all connections to other attractions.

Great Experience and Trip...Stay atleast 5-6 Days.

The staff was absolutely amazing! We were only there one night and I wish we had more time. It was my daughter’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make it extra special, especially Fatima. She was so so sweet a true gem ❤️
