Amazing stay
Pros:

We arrived late in the evening without a reservation, but the staff warmly welcomed us and offered a perfect family room at a very good rate. The hotel’s location in Sorrento is fantastic, which made us decide to extend our stay.

Despite being quite busy, the team went above and beyond to accommodate us, arranging the best available family and connected rooms for our three-night stay. They were incredibly kind and respectful throughout.

Lovely traditional hotel in a very good location.
Pros:

Excellent location tucked away off the main square and a five minute walk from the station (easy to pull suitcases along the road). There is a lovely garden with orange and lemon trees and seating. Breakfast was very good and nice to sit outside in the morning sunshine.

Cons:

If being picky - some of the towels were a bit thin and the coffee/tea provided could be a bit more generous.

First class hotel
Pros:

We spent a week at this excellent hotel. It is quiet but just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Sorrento. We had a lovely room overlooking the garden and pool and each morning awoke to the beautiful sight of lemon and orange trees. The room was bright and really comfortable with a large bathroom. A major plus was the fantastic breakfast, varied and with daily changes. Savoury or sweet there were so many tempting offerings! Rocco and his team looked after breakfast so well - really friendly and professional. Also thank you to the staff at reception, who were very helpful throughout our stay. Oh, and we mustn't forget Mr Nobody and his bar - nobody does it better....

Pros:

The breakfasts were exceptional and the rooms were newly remodeled and the bathroom was large and beautiful too. The location was easily accessible from the train station and a very short walk. Lots of restaurants and shops all around.
