Wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in Hotel Antiche Mura. Het hotel heeft een uitstekende ligging en is een ideale uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken. De sfeer is aangenaam en de charme van het hotel zorgt voor een bijzonder verblijf.

De kamer was netjes, comfortabel en goed verzorgd. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor we ons meteen welkom voelden. Alles was aanwezig om er een ontspannen verblijf van te maken.

Een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een verzorgd hotel met een goede ligging, een prettige sfeer en een persoonlijke service. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf

Whats to say about this wonderful, perfectly positioned Hotel with wonderfully helpful and professional Staff?
It is beautifully Italian, with its Marbled Reception and Tiled Floors, comfortable air-conditioned Rooms with comfortable beds.

Calm Breakfasts overseen by the unflappable Rocco and his ever obliging team. Carried over to the Pool Side bar.

The Pool. Set in a Lemon and Orange Grove it has a Jaccusi function and in general is a peaceful area in which you can relax on your Sunbed, either soaking up the Sun or retreating to the dappled shade of the overhanging trees. Beware the falling Lemon or Orange.
The Hotel is a short walk to the delights of the busy centre of Sorrento and it's delightful assortment of shops, Restaurants and Cafe Bars.
I think I have said enough. Suffice to say we loved this Hotel and it's Staff.

Beautiful hotel,centrally place. Lovely room, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping very friendly and had clean sheets every day even though we didn’t ask for them. Staff very polite and friendly. The outlook from the balcony wasn’t the best but that didn’t matter we were only there for four nights and didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. The garden setting and pool were beautiful and well looked after.
Daily breakfast with everything you could want and the staff in the restaurant were very attentive.
I would recommend this hotel and would love to return one day

المكان عجيب يطل على ساحة بيازا تاسو والمطاعم والكافيهات ومحلات التسوق حوالين الفندق ماتحتاج سيارة فقط مشي دقيقتين والفندق نظيف وحلو والغرف مرتبة ونظيفة وبلكونة تطل على الجبل وكل شي جميل والتكييف حلو بارد .انصح في الاقامة فيه مجددا .

A wonderful hotel situated in the middle of Sorrento, less than a minute from Piazza Tosso.
The concierge, reception, housekeeping and hospitality staff were all incredibly warm friendly and helpful.

Excellent location , that’s why we decided to stay this hotel again after 10 years when we returned to Sorrento.

Absolute Dog poo. Building work going on all week so noisey outside the hotel, booked deluxe room got room 602 called concierge as damp & black mould spores were every were ( same catorgory as asbestos ) reception said don’t worry it’s fine by the time we got back to room the manager and concierge manager instructed maintenance to paint over it like we’re fools taking us for mugs, the bedding had to be changed as stink of musky damp smell, the head board to, the single bed was damp to the room stunk of damp, told could not move and damp was gone lol 😂 room 602 facing pool was bad bad, air con broken in room and generator outside the room very loud, so much for a quiet room lol - 4 other couples arguing about no water, water leaks, damp, if you want the videos and pics just say I’ll give to you, the hotel manager admitted due to water a month ago they had serious problems but told me he’d be happy to refund me 20% lol so you no what your doing you deceive me take my money you can see I sleep with oxygen and you keep me in a room because I’m TUI customer not booking direct lol.. at the end of the 9 nights on check out the receptionist chased after me to get me to come back and pay for a packet of press out of the mini bar at €3.50 so enjoy that, you deceived TUI, they checked us out after four days of lying to us into the room we were supposed to have the American couple were seen arguing at reception as they to saw damp and mould in room 602 and were moved lol, another couple had no air con. The block above the pool above room 602 has serious issues with damp and mould and water or no water lol, hotel manager quick to start of saying no one else has complained but I have five members of staff on video saying otherwise lol so clearly full of it. When you’re paying close to £11000 you want the best.. 4 star plus this is not, location cool, concierge tried pulling my pants down they advertise local tours get a cut pay cash no cards excepted and we all no why, on the tour you learn will cost you a further £35 each cash for a private tour away from the bus by this time you realise if you don’t take the private tours you see were your dropped off in the boats and the length of the walk by the time you get to the top and back the ferry will be gone.. and plenty people missed it. Still want to stay in this hotel? We met some great staff in kitchen, by pool but concierge were crooks in three piece suits, they didn’t care. Chaps in nobody bar were great to I found the concierge untrustworthy unprofessional and absolute crooks, they lied through there teeth, one said some thing the other said something else, I gave one of them €100 to tell me the truth lol and he took it lol how stupid ( used to play football ) they all think there in the mafia. The single bed was broken, the bed stunk of mould and damp we were upset as had to sleep with the front door open as smell was awful which was a risk to our safety.. not bad for a four star plus right …! No dry cleaning or washing service on weekend they say there is on listing but is not, before I booked this trip TUI called hotel booking check can get a x firm mattress they said yes, concierge laughed in my face and said why would you want an extra firm mattress I replied because this hotel confirmed I’d get one and mattresses come with weight limits? Concierge soon stopped laughing then - for someone who works in four star should no that.. the room was not clean the, pictures of the deluxe room I was in will have you shocked seriously, the finishing on tiles omg also no end caps on metal plinths in shower so cut your fingers getting out of shower! Broken bathroom window lol.. no anti slip mat in bathroom tub, no chins cups in guest room, no milk, no tea just two sachets of coffee no herbal teas. Paid for a private taxi home had to share with two other couples one couple had flu. After four days and moved finally to a delux had to wait 7 / 8 hours in reception/ nobody bar for a room so whole day wasted no complimentary water or tea - absolutely nothing. Shockingly crappy from this hotel. Female member of staff praised me for speaking the truth as hotel management have so many problems there. Broken AC and noisey.
Council flats facing the pool constantly endless shouting arguing from flats facing the pool nothing to do with hotel it’s bad bad. Don’t be fooled like we were. Manager on video admitting and apologising for damp mould after he realised I had pics and vids tried wriggling out of it but could not, offers me silly 20% back I’ll post videos and pics and tell hotel shove there 20% I’d rather cripple there reputation as we all no videos pictures don’t lie. But this hotel does and took so many Americans and English for fools so many people kicking off and complaining lol

This hotel is really very good. You cannot beat its location. Just perfect.

The location of this property was the best feature in our opinion, along with being a classy looking hotel with pleasant staff.
