Excelente!
Pros:

Excelente atención, habitaciones de excelente tamaño. Aire acondicionado central. A 15 minutos del centro caminando y a 10 minutos de la estación central de trenes de Milán.

Cons:

Nada. Todo estuvo muy bien.

Temiz ama konforsuz bir otel
Pros:

Güleryüzlü personeli ile keyifli bir check-in yaptık. Otelin konumu Milano merkeze 30 dakika mesafede. Keyifli bir yürüyüş yolu var. Otel genel olarak temiz ve sessiz.

Cons:

Odalar çok küçük. Ne bir mini buzdolabı ne bir kahve makinesi dahi odaya konulmamış. Odaya su bırakılmamış. Kıyafetlerinizi asacağınız dolabın bile kapağı yok. Duş alırken su bir ısınıyor bir soğuyor. Odaların restorasyona ve yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var. Sadece uyumak için kullanacaksanız yeterli bir otel. Başka da müşteri memnuniyeti, estetik, tasarım gibi bir kaygıları yok.

Des odeurs d'égouts étaient difficilement maquées dans l'entrée. Le lavabo était particulièrement petit.

A well deserved weekend break
Pros:

Location is great, very close to Metro and also to some really good restaurants and also a huge shopping street. Hotel bar does great aperitivo and the coffee is amazing.

Cons:

The hairdrier in the room is a HAZARD, It almost burnt my hair, not to mention that when it heats up, it shuts off and stops working, so drying my hair was out of the question. At least it is summer and my hair dried on its own.

Snack machines are supposed to have contactless payment, but it does not work.
