Pros:

It was a nice location, not too far from the centre. It was clean.

Cons:

Security requires some improvement. Thiefs easily go inside and might rob you in the lounge by the reception.

Hotel restaurant doesn't work for dinners in the weekends. Not sure if it was mentioned in the booking description. There are a few nice restaurants nearby that saved us.

Pisizione ottimale per i soggiorni di lavoro.
Pros:

Posizione centrale

Cons:

Problematico l’uso degli ascensori che sono lentissimi e quindi sempre sovraffollati.
Non e’ possibile prenotare il garage ma per fortuna ce n’e’ uno a piani proprio di fronte.
Sarebbe auspicabile almeno una bottiglia d’acqua in camera che era sprovvista di minibar oltre che di bidet in bagno.

Great location, breakfast staff need training on customer service
Pros:

The location, the bathroom size was great as well

Cons:

The front desk staff were excellent with questions on shopping, train station etc but the wait staff at the breakfast area were too busy to help with any questions, the glasses were finished for juice and I was told to get from the other station. In addition, we were checking out of the hotel and breakfast was to start in 5mins, so I asked if I can pick an apple, and the wait staffsaid no, I was to wait till they open, in 5mins, even rho the apple was one step away from where we were conversing

Location is good and staff friendly but that’s it. Room was cold, old and not comfy

Room was sparse and not comfortable. No conditioner or body lotion, not enough plugs and the bed sagged.
