SATISFACTORIA Y CON DETALLES MEJORABLES

Instalaciones comunes mejor que las habitaciones.

Cons:

Mejoras que recomiendo de manera constructiva:

1. En una habitación para tres personas faltaban enchufes para poder cargar elementos diferentes al móvil (Pej, cargadores batería).

2. Recomiendo que las habitaciones dispongan también de kit de cortesía para poder cargar aparatos electrónicos. Como he disfrutado en otros hoteles de esta gama. Existen unos kits que permiten cargar cualquier dispositivo de cualquier cabezal.

3. Nuestra habitación daba a un patio interior. Y al abrir la ventana para tener luz natural, ‼️la vista era la pared del patio, sucia y desconchada. Y un suelo sucio. Creo que ese patio interior debe considerarse ‘parte’ de la habitación y por tanto aportar una vista agradable, algo de diseño, cuidado, una mano de pintura, alguna planta…

4. El jabón de cortesía de la ducha carecía de aroma. No sabías si te habías puesto jabón o no.

Gute Lage aber schmutzig und nie wieder

Lage ist gut, zu Fuß in die Innenstadt durch einen schönen Park in 15 min

Cons:

Schmutzige, kaputte kleine Zimmer, fremder Gast steht plötzlich im Zimmer und hat das gleiche Zimmer bekommen. Katastrophale Zustände beim Frühstück, viel zu wenig Plätze und alles verdreckt. Für das ganze Hotel gibt es nur rund fünf Parkplätze.

Se entiende que un hotel IBIS corresponde a la gama de hoteles económicamente asequibles. Pues bien, a mi me salió la noche por mas de 250€.
La habitación, estilo IBIS, muy pequeña. (me di de golpes contra la pared al ir al WC a oscuras por la noche) por falta de espacio entre la cama y la pared, y con un armario tipo IBIS, no tipo mas de 250€ la noche.
El desayuno correcto, pero con un surtido mas bien corto.
Todo muy bien si se tratase simplemente de un hotel IBIS habitual, pero cuando te clavan mas de 250€ la cosa cambia radicalmente.

Cons:

La relación precio, calidad.

位置不错，离火车站不远，方便出行。可以步行到米兰大教堂。早餐尚可。

Cons:

房间里没有热水壶和茶包，在罗马和佛罗伦萨酒店都有提供。三人房只提供了一双拖鞋。毛巾不放在地面不会更换也没有提醒说明卡。

Angenehme Tage in einer tollen Stadt, in die man gerne wieder zurückkehrt
Pros:

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel in zentraler Lage in unmittelbaren Nähe zur historischen Tram-Limie 1, mit der man eine Stadtrundfahrt zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten Mailands unternehmen kann. Das zugebuchte Frühstück war angemessen umfangreich. Die Zimmer waren sauber, mit kostenlosen W-Lan und Satelliten-TV ausgestattet. Teilweise war der TV-Empfang etwas stockend. Am Hotel und der unmittelbaren Umgebung stehen in ausreichender Anzahl Parkplätze in Parkhäusern zur Verfügung. Zudem befinden sich fußläufig zum Hotel viele Restaurants.

La posizione, l'arredamento colorato e moderno degli ambienti comuni, il letto comodo e la colazione piuttosto ricca.

Cons:

L'assenza del bidet, di almeno una presa accanto al letto, e di anche una singola piccola bottiglia di acqua in camera. Al piano della reception era possibile acquistarle dal distributore, ma personalmente fornirne almeno una a inizio soggiorno la troverei una accortezza per il cliente che farebbe la differenza.
