skvělá lokalita, klidnější část, ale blízko centra a blízkosti parkování Garage San Marco. Krásná historická budova. Velmi oceňuji, že akceptovali psa. Nápomocný a milý personál.

Cons:

Respektuji, že pes nemohl do snídaňové restaurace. Ale hotel má zahradu, proto se příště zeptám, zda by bylo možné v tomto případě mít snídani na zahradě - snídani bychom s rodinou ocenili.

Excelente custo-benefício e localização.
Pros:

Tudo muito limpo e de acordo com as fotos e descrições. Tinha uma máquina de café nespresso no quarto, ar condicionado e TV (pequena). O atendimento na recepção foi excepcional. O único porém é que é um prédio antigo, então não tinha muita claridade no quarto, e o elevador não chega até o terceiro andar. Mas com certeza eu voltaria. A nota 9 é por estes pequenos detalhes, mas que não atrapalham a estadia. O conforto no quarto é bom. A localização é excelente. O custo-benefício também.

Fantastic, will come back next Biennale, but will make sure to book THE nicer room next time
Pros:

A truly fantastic place in a perfect location, walkable distance from the train station, cozy, quiet area, just footsteps away from the Da Vinci museum. The hotel itself has a really nice design and you feel immediately in Venice. The staff is very caring and kind.

Cons:

The only snag was that the 3-people room we got was not matching the pictures online, which was a disappointemtnt because we were truly thrilled by the high ceiling and decorations and selected this hotel for it. If you can, avoid the top floor room, it has low ceilings, little windows with limited view due to the roof, space in the bathroom is awkward (also due to the roof), and the decoration is more spartan. Staff was kind and offered free breakfast as compensation.
