Pros:

The hotel was located in a quieter, less crowded part of Venice located only a 15 minutes or so walk from the main train station (Venezia San Lucia). The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and quaint. Staff was kind, helpful, and communicative in assisting with getting directions to the hotel and setting up a taxi (car) from the hotel to the airport for our early morning flight. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the front of the hotel/canal (see picture). While we didn't use it, there was a large common room outside our room (see picture). Lastly, we opted to not pay for the breakfast and instead ventured out to find scones and cappuccinos in Venice.

The distance from the train station was a bit far by boat Ferry on line one The distance to the central areas of Venice was a bit of a long walk.

Cons:

The room, especially the bathroom was very small. You could barely fit your feet under the sink when you had to go to the bathroom.

Pros:

Schöne Lage und Ambiente. Haben auch sehr schönes Zimmer gehabt. Ruhige Umgebung. Freundlicher Empfang. Wir sind schon zum 4ten mal hier!

Decent hotel. Quite & nice garden area. Not spectacular.
Pros:

The best thing about the hotel is that it was quite and the outdoor garden sitting area was a nice place to get away from the crowds of Venice. Good hotel in general but not spectacular.

Cons:

Breakfast was a disappointment. We found Venice to be a disappointment in overall (which is not the hotel's fault). Venice is just a tourist trap in my opinion.

Sehr zentral gelegen! Freundliches Personal! Ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern!

Cons:

Der Teppichboden könnte zeitnah entfernt bzw erneuert werden! Hatte einen etwas strengen Geruch!

Wenecja cudowna jak zawsze.
Pros:

Lokalizacja jest świetna, hotel mieści się w starym, pięknym budynku. Ma typową wenecką architekturę - na dole zapewne kiedyś były magazyny a zewnętrzne schody ( na dziedzińcu) prowadziły do części mieszkalnej. Pokój całkiem spory i wygodny. W łazience duża kabina prysznicowa. Personel hotelu życzliwy i sympatyczny. W hotelu jest piękna przestrzeń wspólna na pierwszym piętrze. W budynku jest winda.

Cons:

Na śniadanie mogłoby być jakieś pieczywo pełnoziarniste. Okno można otworzyć tylko na szeroko - żeby się uchyliło i nie zatrzasnęło trzeba coś podłożyć - np. książkę.
