Leoso Hotel Leverkusen

Quiet and clean. Good service.

Although the hotel was undergoing renovation, our room was immaculate and comfortable, there was no bar but offered soft drinks on the temporary reception. The staff were so helpful with all of our needs and ordered taxi for us. I really appreciated the helpful service from the staff…thank you, I would definitely stay again

Ones a year, I visit the Leverkusen area and doing so since 2011. Over those years, I have stayed many times in this hotel. It used to be a branded member of the Best Western group. Now it is a newly renovated Delta hotel. Delta hotels are part of the Marriott group branding which is participating in the Marriott Bonvoy travel program.
On some websites you’ll see this hotel under the name LEOSO. However, it is the same hotel that recently has undergone extensive renovation. The new comfort, superior or deluxe rooms are completely remodeled. This time I stayed in a comfort room (see pictures).
Each room comes with individual adjustable air conditioning, a small refrigerator, safe, NESCAFÉ coffee maker and plenty of space to sit, work and stretch out to watch TV. The power outlets are equipped with lightning sockets and can charge mobile devices directly. The hotel provides NESCAFÉ pods, tea and water in those rooms.
The bathrooms features a spacious walk-in shower or bathtub. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is provided.
The hotel staff is and has always been outstanding! The receptionists are very friendly, professional and helpful. The room service stuff-members are great too and making sure to refill coffee pods, tea bags and water. The cleaning personnel is doing a great job and making sure to freshen up the rooms daily.
Delta By Marriott in Leverkusen is my favorite hotel in the area and I highly recommend it.

The entrance was difficult Ulf. We are a bit older and had trouble with our luggage using the steps. The ramp was nice, but had no railings to use it safely. The rooms were wonderful, clean, and comfortable.

Was under refurbishment so was understandable why it did not look the best when first walking in. But the inside, rooms and view was brilliant. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Very close to the city centre, train station and BayArena too!

Great venue and staff was extremely helpful. Very close to shopping area and trains to Cologne and Düsseldorf. Would definitely recommend.

It's amazing. The room is good.

Room was in poor state, very badly stained carpets, ripped curtains, awful marked bathroom sink, etc..... The fridge didnt work (fixed next day), the coffee machine didnt work, despite reporting it each day for 3 days. On the 4th day l unplugged it and took it to the reception desk and asked for another one, which then arrived, but no coffee with it! Was told l should come to their front desk every day and they would give me one coffee pod! Room service left used cups and glasses, too.

friendly welcome whem we arrived to hotel at midnight.. but dirty room, prepayment park area are not goow.

Renovation work going on. stopped at 7 each evening.
Bar not available or restaurant. Be ideal when finished the work.
