We enjoyed our stay very much. The cleaning staff were excellent. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were too hard. Most of all my husband and I enjoyed being able to walk so easily to many places. The pool was good. We don't swim but enjoyed getting wet and sunbathing. Loved the view. How do I joined to get the Marriott points?

Hotel Staff were all amazing, friendly and helpful.
The grounds are beautiful and great for morning walks and close to stores at the village.

It was a great place to spend a vacation for the whole family.

BEWARE!! Only stay here if you want to be charged an extra $300 for damages you didn’t cause! After checkout, I was hit with a surprise charge. When I called to ask about it, they first claimed it was a smoking fee — but once I told them we weren’t smokers, they quickly changed their story and said it was for a cut they supposedly found on the couch.
Let me be very clear: we left the room in perfect condition. I fully believe this slit on the couch was caused by their own housekeeping staff because it was clearly not there when we left the room! Someone had to use a knife or something to cause this damage. This is FRAUD!! I REFUSE to pay for something I didn’t do, and I’ll be disputing the charge with my bank.
This hotel clearly lacks integrity. I wish I could give them zero stars. Stay FAR away — I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Requested for an upper floor room many times and still given a room on 1st floor with NO PRIVACY where anyone close to pool can see you in your room!!!! Lousy room location!! Front desk person calls the manager on you and was he able to help! NOPE! If I had known I would get a room where can’t even enjoy the view since folks can see me outside I would have never stayed here!!

Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed the option of the different pools giving you the option of a lot of activity or some quiet space. And you can’t beat the location.

Best room ever. We will be back. Spacious and amazing balcony. We only wish they allowed a later checkout.

When we decided to extend our vacation and fly over from Kauai we knew booking here, (having stayed here many times) we would not be disappointed...and we were not at all! Love this place, never stayed in this tower and I have to say - it was great...clean, nice views, and comfortable...the only downside was since its a vacation club being a lifetime Gold Elite member...means nothing really, point accumulation is good but no upgrades - but no biggie I didn't fly over to Maui to sit in the room! lol The main pool is the great, Hula show on Thursday, Happy Hour pricing on drinks, and Aloha Friday music both from 3-5 pm. Never did check out the adults only pool but it looks nice and peaceful and quiet. Great staff by the pool, in the bars, at the Bell Desk, and everywhere else...exactly what you would expect from a Marriott and more importantly that aloha spirit...Definitely enjoy a drink from the Lokelani Pool Bar, and the Beach Walk Kau Kau to Go - definitely worth a visit...and a short walk into Whaler's Village check out Leilani's on the Beach.......Mahalo and we will be back..

We love this resort but the Napoli Tower is old and run down. It’s a lovely resort with great amenities and friendly staff. The biggest issue is for Marriott vacation club points holders. You book a reservation a year in advance but you don’t get to pick your room location which is an issue when you are at the top of the points program holders and you get a poor location or the Napoli tower. Very disappointing. Pools are nice, areas are clean but various iptions

We (wife, 17 and 18 y.o. boys). spent the last week of 2024 in a mountain facing, 2 br, 2 bath unit. We've stayed in the Napili Tower several times over the past 18 years and it never disappoints. These self-catering units (full kitchens and in-unit laundry machines) can easily accommodate a family/group of 4-6 people. Other than the furniture, and kitchen and bathroom cabinets looking a bit tired (a resort employee told me the Napili and Lahaina Towers are slated for a facelift in the near future), it's an excellent choice for lodging... The building has its own parking lot, so you don't have to walk far to get to your car.... It also has it's own array of pools, grills and a hot tub, but it is a bit more of a walk to get to the main pool area, but that was no big deal for us... And the beach is right there in front of the building....

All in all, it's a great place to stay and i highly recommend it...

I stayed 6 nights in the Napili Tower. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a small kitchenette area with a sink, dishes, small fridge. The property has so much to offer with multiple pools, shops, food and bar options. There is a laundry facility onsite that was very nice with lots of free machines and a lounge. Self-parking had limited space, but valet parking was a good alternative for almost the same cost. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful property!

Been coming here for many years. Always great.
Not so much anymore. Will not be back. terribly crowded. Terrible service. Used to eat in room and bbq. No availability at bbq. No availability at laundry. No availability at poolside. Difficult but possible to park. Room was awful. No hot water. Loud ac. Asked to speak to manager 10 days out of 14. No luck. Stay away. Room was awful, just to make a point. Staff said hard to get room because most of the rooms go to renters not timeshare owners. Makes sense but as owner it hurts.

The property was beautiful, the "aloha's" were abundant and the service was impeccable. We had a great Thanksgiving vacation that we are grateful to Kaanapali, Lahaina and Maui overall!
