The general manager Pamela was kind enough to upgrade my booking from a deluxe room to a junior suite.
Room was very comfortable and plenty space which made my stay more enjoyable.
All facilities you would need are in the hotel and the location is excellent.
What really makes the hotel is the staff who go out off there way to make you feel welcome.
This was one of the worst experiences I have had in my life. The hotel has very bad vibes and is absolutely not suitable for families. If you are traveling with family or kids, I do not recommend this place at all.
1. Our room was facing the street, and the noise from traffic was very loud and constant.
2. We were given a room with a connecting door to another room. At around 3:00 AM, we were forced to wake up due to very loud 18+ noises coming from the other side for nearly an hour. It was clearly not a family situation and made us extremely uncomfortable.
3. I called reception to request slippers and a toothbrush, but no one delivered them. After more than four hours, I had to stop housekeeping in the hallway to get them myself.
4. Breakfast was very poor, with nothing fresh, and overall not worth it.
We were honestly just waiting for the morning so we could leave the hotel as soon as possible. The place did not feel clean or comfortable at all.
Good location with nice view. Very quiet room, clean and spacious. Very comfy bed. Friendly staff. Value for money. Overall great experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. They always greeted me with a smile and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Whether it was giving directions, helping with my bags, or recommending places to visit, their service was outstanding. It really made my stay feel special. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values great hospitality!

Upon arrival, the reception team was notably slow with the check-in process, and I was not provided with essential information, such as breakfast details, internet access, or warnings regarding the use of the facilities.
Usually, I'm easy-going person and not complaining about the service, as I do work in hospitality as well, and understand that the people can have a bad day. BUT WHAT WAS HAPPENING AFTER - IS JUST A NIGHTMARE!!!
Once I step in to the room, it was like a MORGE. I'm not joking it was like 15 degrees there. In addition to the smell of the humidity in the room and the oldness of the furniture - the apartment wasn't clean properly ( blood stains on the towel, stains on the bed sheets and I kept scratching myself overnight). Sleep there was kind of impossible as the noise of the neighbors is too strong.
Anyways, to make it nicer for the 2-night stay, I have opened the window and took a hot shower so as not to get sick. The next day was the same. After the hotel management blamed on misuse of the room facilities as it became humid inside of the room. Us per them, the furniture was damaged, the walls were damaged, however, once I entered the room after returning, there was no damage that they mentioned and I took a video as a proof. On what, the hotem management - Hamdy, of course, rejected and told me if I'm not going to pay - they will open a legal case against me.
To anyone considering a stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Bahrain, please be warned that it might happen to you - the hotel will just try to repair their rooms out of your pocket. The staff is not helpful at all: the management keep blaming the guests knowing the hotel's issue itself, however they still have to make a profit. They sent a security to pressure me, who does not even speak English.
It's not even about recommending or not the hotel. The comment is about to save the travelers from such a horrible experience!!!
If you want a hotel with no towels this is the one for you. They also enter your room without knocking which is of course a bonus

The room and facilities are too old, the room was not ready when we checked in, we kept asking to provide basic services each time, the AC was too old and not healthy at all and noisy.

I stayed at this hotel for about 10 days for a business trip. This hotel has a refined atmosphere with old-world charm. Their service is exceptional, the staff assisted me with an early check in. Greeted always with a smile on their face and always looking to help you out. The hotel property is ageing like a fine wine and the service level reminds you of those classy 5 star hotels from the 80s and 90s. The staff is always attentive to your needs. The bed is comfortable, all essentials are always available and if not then you ask the staff and they will bring it to you within a few minutes. They will keep you fully stocked with coffee, tea and water. Their food is really good with 24/7 availability of both room service and dine in. The view of the Gudaibiya Palace from my window was beautiful. I am very thankful to the hotel management and staff. Needless to say that I will always stay here during my visit to Bahrain.
Great experience, reception are very professional looking after my request with professionalism. Room service was quick and on point food was very tasty.
The rooms are small and furniture is outdated. The overall look of the room was dated and dull. The saving grace was the buffet breakfast and the courtesy and service extended by the host at the dinning hall.

Stayed for 5 nights with a mate. Amazing location if you are looking for bars and clubs as it is minutes from Adliya Block 338 on foot. Also 5 min taxi to Juffair if you want more nightlife. Service from staff was superb. The beds were also super comfy. Nice pub and decent pool too.
Only downside is the hotel is old fashioned and in much need of modernisation. Whole place smells of cigarettes too which is a bahrain thing really.
Stay was comfortable. Restaurant and bar were slightly expensive. The menu options are limited for vegetarians but the staff are extremely accommodating and helpful.
The hotel is basic with some decent staff. The rooms are basic and dated. Location is good near to Al Adliya cafes district. Paeking can be a challenge especially on weekends. The additional star is for the staff and location which are the highlights of Hotel!
This is a comfortable 4 star hotel with courteous staff. Its quiet and located within proximity of good restaurants and shops. They serve good breakfast. Breakfast staff are efficient and helpful. I am slightly dissatisfied about the choices in types of Coffee. Only the American style coffee was included in the breakfast, A falt-white coffee came with a exaggerated price tag. Otherwise all ok.
