I would not stay here again.
Pros:

Location was the only plus and the reason I choose this hotel but there are other options in town.

Cons:

Do NOT stay here unless you are OK with Event guests being priorized over Hotel guests. We returned to hotel after a long day visiting nearby University only to find an large event happening in the lobby of the hotel. Unable to eat dinner at hotel restaurant, we left for dinner and upon our return parking was unavailable due to large event. Hotel guests have to prepay parking and party guests were being told "parking is free" therefore parking lot was full and no spaces left for hotel guests who had already pre-paid. Completely unacceptable and the employees at front desk were unapologetic telling upset hotel guests to "tell corporate". Hotel has an open concept so all rooms open up to the lobby below and the event got LOUD as the night went on. Front desk and "guest customer service" were not answering. It was loud and impossible to sleep Party went on past 11:00.

Solid hotel, well kept, clean and updated.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking and having to use a third party app that I will never use again ( read: download, set up account, add creditcard...bother). Spoke to management about just put it on my room, and that was at first impossible until I complained, then the could do it.

Hilton brand is, I thought, about upper customer service and convenience.

Mgmt says they are fixing it. HA!

Do you realize that how you greeted me to your hotel is with a plastic sign that said pay for parking with this app.

Nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Very clean facilities and rooms. Smelled fresh. They allow pets.

Cons:

Was surprised that there was a charge for parking. That may have been my mistake in missing that info when I chose the hotel, but it added extra per night.

It was an ok hotel stay, expensive for an old building with wall paper coming off the banisters.
Pros:

It was across the street from CSU, which was very convenient.
