Pros:

Solid hotel, well kept, clean and updated.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking and having to use a third party app that I will never use again ( read: download, set up account, add creditcard...bother). Spoke to management about just put it on my room, and that was at first impossible until I complained, then the could do it.

Hilton brand is, I thought, about upper customer service and convenience.

Mgmt says they are fixing it. HA!

Do you realize that how you greeted me to your hotel is with a plastic sign that said pay for parking with this app.

Nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Very clean facilities and rooms. Smelled fresh. They allow pets.

Cons:

Was surprised that there was a charge for parking. That may have been my mistake in missing that info when I chose the hotel, but it added extra per night.

It was an ok hotel stay, expensive for an old building with wall paper coming off the banisters.
Pros:

It was across the street from CSU, which was very convenient.

Cons:

The property is old and needs to be updated.

Pros:

Breakfast was great, and the price was right for an excellent stay. All sorts of goodies I did not expect like: very large shower—with top notch water pressure, wireless phone charger, and smart TV.

Other than the bathroom details listed above, the room was comfortable.
Pros:

We were touring the college campus, so this location was very convenient.

Cons:

Was not impressed with the bathroom facilities. There was no vent in the bathroom, so everything got very steamy after showering. There was a loose square piece of ceiling that actually fell on my granddaughter's back after she shut the door. Obviously it didn't harm her, but didn't expect something like that to happen at a Hilton.
