This out of the way hotel really tries hard and mostly delivers, likely among the best Best Western Hotels anywhere in the world (seriously) except for the omission of a free breakfast (a Best Western staple). Friendly staff, basically clean rooms and they try to keep the grounds up. Restaurant could use more healthy food options. Fitness center should be open 24/7. Stayed here several times and would do so again.
Overall it was great, nice and roomy and very clean. Easy to get to.

Property was clean and easy to access.
I asked for paying at the property as I was using a different card at check in. They charged me a day early.
The pool area was excellent and all very clean.
No breakfast, you have to go into the on site restaurant and pay. It can be pricey.
Hotel is very finely appointed.
Not knowing on checkin that rooms are not made up each day on a multi-day stay unless requested. No problem with this practice but would like to have known in advance.

Very clean nice rooms. Staff was friendly. Awesome pool and hour tubs kids had a blast on the water slide.
Continental breakfast is one of the first things we check for when getting rooms. Was sad there was not one here.
We came to this hotel for small spring break get away as we had been there before a few years back and had a pleasant experience. Location is right off fhe highway and they have a outdoor hot tub.
The hotel pool area was so over chlorinated the four of us had to leave the pool area after 40 minutes because we were all coughing and feeling ill after swimming. Another parent made a comment that the levels of. Chlorine seemed unsafe. They were also coughing and leaving the pool. Also had people smoking weed in the hot tub. When it came to the room it was spotless. We got the whirlpool sweet for us and my son. We slept in the king bed mattress was old and sunken in the middle like it was from when they built the hotel. Even worse my son who slept on the pull out had springs coming through his mattress which we didnt see until 10 pm when none of us could sleep. We left at 5am after no sleep. I give this hotel 2 stars. Staff was friendly but hotel isn't as nice as it use to be. Disappointed I spent $250 on a room i couldn't sleep in.
Location is close to everything
The showers in the new addition have very bad water pressure.
The pool (inside and outside hot tub) the room we were in was cozy. And the jacuzzi tub was very nice and big. Bed was comfortable.

This property is top-notch, and very well priced for the extent of amenities you receive. Every staff member is professional and treats you like honored guests. The cleanliness of all areas was impeccable. The restaurant serves good food at a reasonable price. We went to get away and relax, and that we did! I would never hesitate to book a room at the Bridgewood.
