Lovely stay in comfortable hotel with easy access to central Geneva

Très bon accueil, confort et propreté au rendez-vous.

J’ai eu la chance d’être surclassé.
Ce qui est toujours valorisant et une excellente surprise.

Le confort était au rendez-vous.
La clim fonctionnait correctement.
La douche était agréable tout comme le lit.

L'ampiezza dell'alloggio e lo stile dell'arredamento

Cons:

Non era specificato che l'alloggio fosse al piano interrato, non solo terribile per chi soffre di claustrofobia, ma senza alcuna "vista" ! Al masso di roccia che avevamo davanti, in cui era incassata la terrazza (tipo tumulo) avremmo preferito la vista sulla statale!

La Ubicación es lo mejor !!!! El personal muy amable y dispuestos ayudar todo el tiempo!!

Cons:

A las habitaciones deben de ubicarles más toma corrientes o solucionar ubicando regletas de toma corriente y USB , es algo útil para los viajeros !!!

Pros:

Location of hotel is good out of the city centre but 10 minutes tram ride away from the lake, all public transport is free once you pay your city tax via the hotel
Atmosphere being quiet and relaxing
Rooms were adequate, both my SIL and our room air conditioning weren’t working, when asked for this to be fixed a small fan was put in place. shower worked well, mattress was firm pillows were very soft. Safe in place and hairdryer and iron/small ironing board also. Ceiling in room had flaky/peeling paint and chips on the bathroom counter.
This is more of a two star hotel so don’t expect anything fancy.
We felt the hotel was generally clean and noise levels were acceptable from outside street.
Staff were courteous, very helpful and knowledgeable of the local area and gave a great recommendation for local cuisine.
Breakfast was OK, good continental choice, however streaky bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs were mostly on the cooler side. Option of boiled eggs via a water bath was available but no instructions on timings. Toaster was shocking, takes at least 10 minutes for a slight colour to appear but makes the bread very dry and crispy. Lots of fresh bread and drinks widely available.

Pros:

There were 4 couples in our group, and we enjoyed the outside area to meet up at. Once we figured out the transit system, it was nice that it was included. The room was large and clean, very comfortable. The location worked out great for us.

Cons:

Free wifi had no password and not secure, so we decided to not use it. A bit hard to get in and out of the tub for a shower. would be nice to have a hand rail to help.
