Pros:

El desplazamiento al aeropuerto es sencillo, el recepcionista muy amable y la tranquilidad de la zona

Cons:

La limpieza puede mejorar, el mantenimiento de las habitaciones también. Las cortinas estaban muy sucias, las paredes también y la pintura del techo se desprendía. Las almohadas son muy incómodas.

Good hotel to stay in. Would stay again.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location, not right in the centre but looked like good transport links (we walked everywhere). The mattress was comfy and we liked the tea / coffee facilities in the room. Even though we were on a busy road couldn't really hear the traffic noise. Decent choice at breakfast and the lady who did the breakfast service was friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Pillows (appreciate this is subjective).

Lovely staff
Pros:

Hotel is quite a walk from the lakeshore but the hotel gave us a travel pass which meant I could travel free from the airport to the hotel and any bus or tram travel required in Geneva . It was inc as you pay a city tax.
Bedroom was very clean and comfy. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was disappointing with hot food being cold and very poor quality gluten free bread offered.

Hotel de qualité, calme mais fermé à partir d'une certaine heure
Pros:

La chambre était grande, confortable et bien agencée. Tout était très propre et le personnel à l'accueil est très aimable. Il nous a conseillé des restaurants pour dîner. L'hôtel est calme et la station de tram est à quelques minutes à pied.

Cons:

En rentrant de notre soirée, l'hôtel était fermé alors qu'à notre arrivée, le personnel de l'accueil nous avait confirmé que l'hôtel était bien ouvert 24/24h comme indiqué sur le site. Nous avons attendu 40 minutes devant la porte avant que quelqu'un nous ouvre.
