Diligent front staff and on the job !!!
Pros:

Had a small issue on arrival that was dealt with absolutel professionalism by Saransh Srivasatva the loyalty manager and the front desk manager Kayla …. Saransh was kind diligent and got the issue solved quickly all the while it seems juggling what seemed like a very busy time for the staff … really enjoyed the stay so far … thanks to the people above.. lovely property

Mis à part les quelques détails de manque de modernité, le séjour était très agréable, le lit très bon la salle de bain

Une atmosphère de luxe et de service au client, globalement une excellente expérience

Cons:

Un manque de modernité, pas de prise USB dans la chambre, la télécommande de la tv ne fonctionnait pas bien, le WC ne se fermait pas avec freins, le déjeuner n’était pas un buffet mais “à la carte” presque à l’ancienne.

Weekend trip with my daughter
Pros:

My daughter and stayed in late July. She had always wanted to stay at the Pierre and it didn’t disappoint. We were upgraded at check in into a suite which was wonderful. Staff was great and breakfast at Perrine was perfect. FYI, you must wear pants in Perrine or the bar which I like. Will be back

Don’t want to leave!!
Pros:

Absolutely amazing hotel, and I’m extremely picky. This was my third stay here, my first stay with my children. They were treated so wonderfully and we were welcomed with open arms. From the reservations line, to the front desk, valet, elevator attendant, room & maid services, it was 5 star. We will be back! *pro tip: you can book a suite connecting to a king and shut the outer doors to make it like a 2 bedroom suite

De locatie is top, en de doormen ook

Cons:

Het hotel is van binnen verouderd. Daarnaast kregen we woorden met de restaurant manager, omdat we opeens niet in een korte broek in het restaurant mochten zitten. Terwijl iedereen dat doet. Erg rare situatie en erg teleurstellend als je veel geld betaalt. Er konden geen excuses vanaf, wel bij de hotel receptie.

موقع الفندق رائع ومميز، ي يقع في مكان مركزي قريب من العديد من المعالم والمطاعم والمولات ، مما جعل التنقل اسهل بس يحتاج الفندق إلى بعض أعمال التجديد والتحديث، فذلك سيجعله أفضل بكثير ويوفر تجربة إقامة أكثر راحة
