موقع الفندق رائع ومميز، ي يقع في مكان مركزي قريب من العديد من المعالم والمطاعم والمولات ، مما جعل التنقل اسهل بس يحتاج الفندق إلى بعض أعمال التجديد والتحديث، فذلك سيجعله أفضل بكثير ويوفر تجربة إقامة أكثر راحة

Everything,
It’s one of the best hotel in New York in my opinion.
I would recommend it 1000 times.
Location is perfect, amenities are cleaned. The staff is very friendly yet professional

Location is OK - near Central Park

Cons:

Room and bathroom were not clean at all - hair from previous guests, dirty bed sheets. Shower had issue with the hot water (no hot water at all).

Pros:

The complimentary cocktail, morning coffee, chocolates and car were much appreciated. It’s a beautiful facility and toiletries were top notch.

Cons:

We went down for the complimentary coffee and the pot was empty. Another minor problem—the drapes didn’t close properly. I doubt anyone would notice unless they tried to close them completely. I would have appreciated that car before noon.

Not worth even a fraction of the cost . Don’t waste your money at the Pierre

Bad service for the very high price . No real luxury in any sense . Simple request made of putting two comforters on the bed with plenty of notice before arrival was not done . When we arrive very late at night , empty apologies , housekeeping showed up so late that we were already in bed after long wait . No explanation no compensation . At that price and with that reputation ? Terrible service and not charming

Stay away if you value your sleep and some quite
Pros:

Worst experience ever. Could not sleep or get a moment of peace. Hotel gave no notice or construction occurring at hotel prior on website or at check in. There was hammering and pounding on walls of hotel all day, non stop for hours. Could not rest or sleep. Lack of notification or willing to take rooms with direct drilling offline shows a complete lack of compassion for your guests. Worst experience ever imaginable at hotel. And responses by staff showed lack of responsibility and further lack of compassion for your guest.
