Schönes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Chamonix Süd, direkt beim Busbahnhof, die Fußgängerzone ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Parkplatz (gegen Gebühr).
Die Zimmer sind sauber.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Spa-Bereich mit Pool, Sauna und Hamam wirkt gepflegt.
Frühstücks-Buffet im angrenzenden Restaurant ist üppig und lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Hier gibt es auch das Abendessen, a la carte und sehr lecker!
Für unsere Zwecke war es das perfekte Hotel

Cons:

Es war während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr warm und leider verfügen die Zimmer über keine Aircondition. Der verfügbare Dyson hilft nur bedingt, war aber besser als nichts.

Un bon régime imprévu pour le portefeuille

Surprise sur la taxe de séjour dès notre arrivée (150€ / 1 nuit / 2 personnes)
Un ventilateur à bout de souffle dans la chambre / pas de clim
Un rajout de 46€ pour un petit déjeuner qui était censé être compris lors de la réservation Booking
Des infrastructures ouvertes à tous donc piscine, spa etc bondé de monde.
Un parking d’hôtel rempli également prévoir 18€ pour 24h sur le parking public à 100m de l’hôtel
Des murs très peu insonorisés, nous avons eu droit à un excellent commentateur sportif lors du match. Merci à lui nous n’avons pas eu besoin d’allumer la télé pour suivre le match. D’ailleurs les chaînes France télévisions on dû se perdre au détour du Mont-Blanc

The staff were very friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed the facilities at the hotel
Pros:

Foyer, restaurant, bar, pool and spa area was excellent. The room looked a little worn in some areas however my room was more than comfortable and a great size. I really enjoyed my stay.

The lighting in the bathroom could be brighter
