Die Lage ist wirklich top - nur wenige Schritte zur Bahn auf den Mont Blanc, ins Dorf oder ca. 20 Min. zur Bahn auf den Brevent / aussergewöhnlich nettes Personal - Frühstück lecker
Parkplätze bei Unterkunft sehr teuer - Nacht EUR 27.00 - eher kleines Pool - die Lage rechtfertigt den eher hohen Zimmerpreis und den Blick auf den Mont Blanc

Siamo stati più volte, questa la prima dopo la ristrutturazione totale, esteticamente molto bella, pulito ed accogliente. Ristorazione e colazione sempre al top!!
Unico appunto sempre questa spa che risulta di difficile fruizione per gli sbalzi di temperatura tra il dentro e fuori, hanno rinnovato tutti i locali ma non hanno pensato a facilitare questa apertura della porta della piscina che è sempre un enigma..e per l’ennesima volta impossibile usare la jacuzzi che viene sempre presa in ostaggio da un solo gruppetto di persone senza limiti di tempo. La spa è migliorabile sicuramente.

Just came back from 4 nights half board. The hotel has lots of lovely features. The staff were excellent and very friendly, we didn’t encounter anyone who wasn’t perfect in their service to us.
The room was good and was kept very clean throughout. The bathroom had a separate toilet in a small room, which I’m not a personal fan of, which was a shame because if they hadn’t separated the two rooms and had included the toilet in the main bathroom, the bathroom would have been a very decent size overall. However, this is just a personal opinion. Bathroom itself was very clean and was well appointed.
The swimming pool is excellent. It was never busy and the water was heated to a decent temperature. We spent many hours in it and our children loved it.
The one criticism that I have about the room (and the only reason for dropping a star) was the lack of air conditioning. This made the room very hot at night. Two fans were provided, a Dyson blade (which was good) and a much cheaper tower fan (that wasn’t much use). While the fans made the room temperature tolerable at night, the lack of air conditioning was an issue for me.
The restaurant was ok. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was sufficient and had a decent selection of choices. We stayed half board, and so dinner was included. For the adults, there was a reasonable choice for dinner however, I felt that the children’s menu was very limited. There was only one choice of a starter (syrup), which neither of my children liked. It was a shame that a basic focaccia bread wasn’t included as that would have a much greater appeal for the kids. Main course was OK, but only 3 choices and dessert was fine. I think that if you’re going to include dinner in the cost of the stay, there needs to be a better selection for the children to avoid them having to eat the same thing four days in a row. Having said that, the adult meals were very nice.
The location of the hotel is a very short walk to the town centre which has some lovely shops and restaurants and is very close to the Mount Blanc cable car. The hotel is in an excellent location.
Overall, it’s a very good hotel and is definitely worth staying in. The staff were excellent and made our stay very good. If the hotel revamps the children’s menu (which would be a simple fix) and considered installing air conditioning, then this would be a 5 star resort.
