Pros:

Emplacement, taille de la chambre, literie.

Cons:

Chambre située au dernier étage mais absolument pas insonorisée que ça soit le bar au rdc ou de la rue.

Lautes, nicht ganz sauberes Partyhotel mit gutem Frühstück
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Im Skikeller gab es abschliessbare Schränke für das eigene Equipment. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich war ausserordentlich nett und höflich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Lage zum Dorf und zur Bushaltestelle TOP.

Cons:

Es war unglaublich laut im Hotel. Wir waren im Dritten Stock und haben die Parties und laute Musik am Abend trotzdem gehört.
Der Skikeller ist vom Treppenhaus nur mit Zimmerkarte zugänglich. Von Aussen kann man die Tür jedoch einfach öffnen.
Es gibt nur Outdoor Spa und für die winterliche Jahreszeit keine Möglichkeit für ein Spaerlebnis ohne draussen herumzulaufen. Der Ruheraum glich einem Bunker und die Flurunterhaltungen waren sehr präsent.
Das Putzpersonal konnte nicht grüssen und eher mussten wir als Gast mit Gepäck diesem Platz machen, als anders herum.
Wir hatten 3 Tage Garage dazu reserviert um dann bei Ankunft zu erfahren, dass unser Auto nur Platz für zwei Nächte hat. Wir mussten zur dritten Nacht herausfahren und einen öffentlichen Parkplatz für 45,-€!! nutzen, obwohl die Tiefgarage leer war...
Weder im WC noch im Badezimmer sind Abzugsanlagen funktionsfähig. Die Heizung im Zimmer war dauerkalt, lediglich im Bad ging der Handtuchwärmer.
Durch Lüftungsschächte im Schlafraum konnten wir andere Gäste in der Unterhaltung hören.
Leider gibt es nirgends Jackenaufhänger für die Outdoorbekleidung & auch keine Stuhllehnen etc für Ablagen.
Im Bad und auf dem Bett waren fremde Haare.
Das GästeWC im Empfang war super dreckig mit Urinspritzern auf der WC Brille. Eine WCRolle lag ausgerollt auf dem Boden.

Cher pour la qualité de la chambre
Pros:

L’accueil du personnel au Check in / out particulièrement Nicole et Anaelle. Le choix au petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Look décati, moquette sale et usée dans certains endroits. Chambre petite, mal éclairée et ayant besoin d’être rénovée.
Rapport qualité prix défavorable même si le marché local ne prédispose pas à quelque chose d’avantageux en la matière.

Pros:

The hotels in a fantastic location for ski bus transfers and bars and restaurants are nearby in chamonix sud.

Cons:

Room was absolutely roasting despite turning all the heating off, there was a fan provided though. shower didn't work properly and tea and coffee wasn't filled up each day. there's absolutely zilch in terms of English channels on the TV only a Chinese one and all the TV features have been locked down to stop you streaming anything.

Pool and spa are lovely as are hotel staff. The bar gets quite noisy though a.d can be heard even in the room if your room is near the atrium in the centre of the hotel
