Séjour très agréable dans un grand confort malgré quelques imperfections.
Pros:

Grande chambre très spacieuse et confortable.Pdj très copieux.Personnel attentionné et disponible.réception très vaste et luxueuse
Le rapport qualité-prix très favorable (pour un 5 étoiles)

Cons:

La salle de sports pas du tout aux normes (3 machines sur 4 ne fonctionnent pas) et le fait que les employés ne maitrisent pas les langues étrangères (problématique pour un 5 étoiles)

AC were not working, extremely disappointing stay
Pros:

AC was not working, it was such a terrible experience, we keep telling them for the entire time that AC is not working and they continuously told us it’s the maximum cold.

Very unpleasant stay
Pros:

The breakfast stuff were nice

Cons:

The room has kind of old furniture. The light in the room goes off frequently. The AC in the room doesn’t work. The reception guy in morning shift was rude.

Ga er niet nog een keer naartoe
Pros:

De airconditioning was slecht. Het was40 graden de bad heb ik vol laten lopen en kreeg het later niet meer open. Dus de water bleef in het bad. Het is gewoon allemaal verouderd . Voor de rest was het wel schoon
