A great experience, with some room for renovation and improvement.
Pros:

I had a great experience at Ramada by Wyndham Fes. The hotel has a beautiful old-style charm that gives it a royal atmosphere while preserving the traditional character and history of Fes. The rooms are very spacious, and the beds are extremely comfortable.

The location is excellent, right in the city center and very convenient for getting around. The swimming pool was also clean and well maintained, making it a nice place to relax.

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to the blonde lady and the gentleman working at breakfast for their kindness and excellent service.

Cons:

There are, however, a few areas that could be improved. The soundproofing between the rooms is quite poor, as we could clearly hear conversations from the room next door. The biggest issue was the air conditioning: it was very weak and barely cooled the room, which is definitely not suitable for the hot temperatures in Fes, especially during summer.

The lighting in the rooms was also very poor. The lack of sufficient lighting made the room feel quite dark and less pleasant at night. Another disappointing point was the breakfast buffet, which unfortunately did not reflect the standards expected from a 5-star hotel. The selection felt more comparable to what you might find in a small guesthouse

Pros:

L’emplacement proche de tout, le personnel très gentil, le petit déjeuner très varié , on a passé 4 nuits c’était agréable, c’est mon 2 eme séjour.

Redelijk hotel, maar voor een 5 sterren kan het beter..
Pros:

De ligging is perfect; midden in het centrum en daardoor goed bereikbaar.

Cons:

Voor een 5 sterrenhotel mist het toch veel dingen; kapotte meubels in de kamer en veel achterstallig onderhoud in de doucheruimte. Ontbijt is beperkt.

طاقم الفندق كان جد متعاون الفطور متنوع الى نوع كبير نظافة الغرفة كل يوم
