Zimmer war gross mit einem irgendwie 'eingesetzten' Badezimmer. Sah aus wie ein Bauteil. Alles aus Plastik, aber trotzdem ganz nett und ausreichend. Schöner Blick auf den Kanal. Parkgarage unter dem Hotel.
Das Frühstück war o.k., der Frühstücksraum eher ungemütlich. Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sollte renoviert werden.

La façon de me demander de régler de suite la 3ème nuit, sans explication, alors que les nuits précédentes je les reglais le matin suivant
La manière dont cela a été demandé "c'est préférable " vous faire sentir mal à l aise. Cela manque de tact, de diplomatie

The description of the room included coffee machine. A Chinese man on the reception desk said that he will speak with the manager about that, but this obviously doesn’t happen

Les alèses en plastique qui collent bien à la peau, d’autant plus quand on a très chaud et que la Clim est inutilisable, la sdb et le wc tout en plastique, le petit déjeuner où il faut tout réclamer parce qu’il n’y a plus rien, même des couverts, enfin vraiment une mauvaise expérience comme j’en ai rarement eu, surtout dans un Novitel

Climatisation ne marche pas bien
The hotel is well situated, nice walkable environment all around.
Slept really badly: the rooms were very hot and the A/C wasn't functioning. They said that their system was still in "heating mode" (in May...) and they have to switch it to A/C mode (why wasn't this done, I don't know).
