Le personnel a l écoute et d une grande gentillesse

Cons:

Le fait de ne pouvoir régler la clim cela fut une fournaise au prix de la chambre sous prétexte écologique sa fait chère la nuit.

Uitstekend hotel voor een verblijf in Nancy
Pros:

Mogelijkheid om binnen te parkeren was fijn. De airco in onze executive suite was onmisbaar gezien het hete weer. Aardig personeel. Ligging ten opzichte van het centrum is beloopbaar. Fijn dat er een koelkastje op de kamer stond.
Fijne Rituals bad- en zeepproducten.

Cons:

Ontbijt wat aan de prijzige kant. Maar je bent natuurlijk niet verplicht om daar gebruik van te maken ;-)

Schöne Lage am Kanal. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Établissement bien situé et agréable.
Pros:

La situation, la literie, les bornes de recharge et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Les bornes électriques ne fonctionnaient pas à notre arrivée, mais l'hôtel a fait le nécessaire rapidement. Donc, au final la satisfaction fut au rendez vous.

Hotel was dicht bij het centrum en we konden auto in parkeergarage parkeren omdat ik gereserveerd had. Ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Bed had plastic matras en zelfs de kussens waren van plastic dat vind ik erg onprettig. WC was in een soort cabine net als de douche.

Cons:

J'ai réservé une suite avec lit double et je me suis retrouvée avec deux lits jumeaux. Et on me dit que je devais le signaler pour qu'on me change de chambre. Pourquoi? Vous pourriez quand-même respecter la reservation initiale sans que vos clients aient à vous le dire. Ce n'est pas si compliqué.
