We had a good gime at this property, as we always do.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The front desk staff were warm, hospitable, and very helpful. The room was clean and pleasant, and quiet, despite being near the elevator.

Cons:

The bottom of the bathtub was slippery and there was only one grab bar, placed at the end of the tub where the faucet and shower head were. I could not get into the shower without getting the floor wet. The sides of the tub were very high and I have slightly compromised mobility, so I needed the grab bar. My sister, with more mobility challenges, had the same problem in her room. I slipped once, but fortunately did not fall. I did mention this to front desk staff. They seemed to think it was a cleaning problem, but it wasn't--it was an intrinsically slippery surface problem.

Had trouble checking in even if it was already paid for. Person was rude. The Hotel attendant at 3:00pm was super nice

Very comfortable and close to the shopping stores and restaurant
Pros:

The deluxe suites room they gave us was on the first floor and was vey nice and comfortable. The ceiling are high and the room looks huge. We have a very nice stay and very comfortable.

It was in a convenient area. The staff was very courteous.

Cons:

There was no air circulating in my room once arriving. I had to step into a hot box. It took a whole day and a half to get to a comfortable cool temperature.

Great but food could have been better
Pros:

I liked being close to great restaurants! The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Food staff could have been more friendly. There weren't a lot of options for hot breakfast. No bacon just a lot of sausage and the fruit has a lot of bad brown spots on it. Previous holiday inn stays had waffles, bacon, etc basically like a buffet.

Our stay was very relaxing
Pros:

The jetted tub in the king suite was nice and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had a variety of choices. The location is great for a variety of different types of restaurants and places to shop.
