Very homely feel.
Hosts were very kind.

Slightly out of main area but that meant it was peaceful.
We had a lovely stay here. The bed was insanely huge, very clean, cute decor and decent breakfast of banh my with egg. What made it perfect was the lovely host who really made an effort and was so cute with her husband also completing the maintenance always greeted us with a smile.
She opened the door for us late once when we arrived late from the sleeper bus, and another time after we stayed out a bit too late in town. The laundry came back clean too! She was always willing to help despite not speaking English she would use her translator. There is no other place I would stay in Sapa again.
Slightly further walk to the centre but not an issue for us as we walk everywhere and Sapa isn’t big.
The only suggestion I would give is providing guests a front door key or fob to open the main door so that the host doesn’t have to wake up to let us in we felt so bad!!
The host was very kind and helpful. The facilities were extremely clean! Breakfast was a generous portion.
It is a bit away from the centre. Without AC or a window, the room can get a little stuffy but not too bad.
La propriétaire est peut être la personne la plus adorable que nous ayons rencontré. D’une telle gentillesse. Il y a la barrière de la langue mais avec Translate ça marche très bien. Le lit était ÉNORME mais en fait c’est deux lits l’un à côté de l’autre. Super confortables. D’une propreté irréprochable.
Pas grand chose. Le petit dej peut être qui est le même tous les matins. Enfin pour nous. Des ÉNORMES (encore une fois ce mot) banh mi. Et à savoir que c’est à 20-25 mn à pied du centre

The host is what makes the stay the best. She is so friendly and helpful. The house is very cozy and homely, and we loved the heated blankets. It’s also very clean and the delicious breakfast every day.

Nice family ran hotel. We got in very late at night and the owner kindly stayed up to welcome us and check us in. Rooms are cold but the included electric blanket keeps you warm which is great. Good shower and views too. Thank you to the lovely female owner who made us feel very welcome in Sapa.

The bathroom has an odor and drainage problem. Despite the electric blanket the room was cold. Perhaps the owners could consider installing heat pumps ?

The hosts were so kind and welcoming, despite the cold the bed had a heated Matt which was so nice.
This is one of those places people say is truly made by its hosts. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, and they take care of their guests as if they were family. The house is very well maintained, and there is a lovely lounge area at the entrance where delicious breakfasts are served. The room was clean and comfortable, and the electric blanket was a nice touch — useful even when the weather was good.
The host was so welcoming and sweet. We were allowed to check in early for a small fee after arriving at 6am on a sleeper bus. The room was very clean and the bed even had a heated mattress/blanket! Would stay here again.
