Volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí sin duda
Pros:

El desayuno estuvo Bien, aunque agregaría al menu, una pequeña seleccion de jamones y quesos y un Poco de fruta fresca.

La locacion esta MUY Bien!

Cons:

Nuestra estadía fue de dos dias, esperaba limpieza de la habitacion de la primera noche, fue frustrante llegar de un dia de turismo y playa y encontrar nuestra habitacion sin limpiar.

La piscina exterior realmente estaba MUY sucia.

Pros:

The front desk lady was very sweet and accommodating
My granddaughter is scared to death of elevators and asked her if we could be on the 1st floor and she made that happen that was very sweet and appreciated ❤️

Cons:

Only one elevator so cleaning crew is using same elevator. Wait times were extremely long for the elevator room was nothing what I was promised and breakfast in the morning was nothing like was advertised. Very disappointed

The power shutting off making us carry 3 people and a baby’s worth of stuff down the stairs from the 3rd floor

This made my trip to the beach easy, just a short walk and you are on the sand.

Good for a quick getaway
Pros:

It was a great location and lots of eateries within walking distance. And the balcony was nice. The indoor pool was very nice and the fitness room was an added bonus.

Cons:

The room was much smaller than anticipated. There were gnats in the breakfast area and in the room. Possibly from the renovations that were ongoing but not what I want to worry about while trying to grab a bite.

Amazing location and staff!!!
Pros:

Perfect location, good value, clean facility… the staff was amazing, especially Greta… I loved the patio; breakfast was great!!!! I will definitely come back.

Cons:

The refrigerator seemed not to work properly. I was suggested to change rooms but I was too tired for that.

Don’t Stay Here…. Don’t waste your money.
Pros:

I checked in on June 30th and it’s been horrible. I always read the reviews this time I just hope it would be better. We got a partial Oceanview Room, there is no Oceanview at all. Basically all you see is other hotels. The rooms are ok, but the smell is old. They have no iron or ironing board. I am here until July 3rd. This is the worst vacation. I am a Hilton Honors Member but they had no rooms available, next time I’ll just stay home. The Hyatt is not it.

Checking in was difficult
Desk clerk did not know how to charge my card correctly for incadentals
There was not enough food for breakfast if you didn't go down by 0800 there was no sausage. Juice ran out also . We were there for 2 mornings and this happened both days
A/c was leaking in dinning area and a large bucket was collecting drip water with flies floating in water while we sat there trying to eat
If you wanted the outside pool we had to go to hotel next door

Location was excellent.
Pros:

Location of the hotel and free parking.

Cons:

The mattress appeared to move on the bed and was not fixed. The breakfast was lacking ; more of a continental. No lids for your coffee.
