Needs to be told about the remodeling
Pros:

Was charged $210 for a room that the place is being remodeled. Have to go to hotel cross the way for breakfast. Ben staying here for 3 yrs. Never was told about the remodeling.

It was an overall good experience but i would definitely see about the fire alarm situation. it was concerning.
Pros:

It was a great location.

Cons:

We knew they were remodeling but a few times it was hard to even get to our room because of all the stuff they had in and out of elevators.
also... fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. no one messaged to let us know anything but other guests said it happens pretty often.

Great location, tired hotel and sofa bed not fit for sleeping on even for a child. Hotel is ok but not worth more than £

Location was brilliant

Cons:

The sofa bed for my son was full of springs sticking out and so uncomfortable for him - he’s only 7 and couldn’t find a spot without something digging into him. We had to pay 3 times the usual price for our stay pre cruise so it was even more frustrating my son had such a terrible bed to sleep in

Cons:

Das ganze Hotel ist dreckig, rostig, schimmelig und eine Baustelle. Den ganzen Tag lärm von Presslufthämmern, Schleifgeräten, Staub überall, giftige Dämpfe von Farben etc in der Luft und das alles keine 10 Meter vom Zimmer

Gute Lage direkt am Strand. Tamisha am Empfang war sehr freundlich und bemüht im Eincheckprozess.

Cons:

Das Hotel war eine Baustelle. Dreck und laute Handwerker überall. Trotz 8 Tage Aufenthalt kein Zimmerservice, nur auf Nachfrage. Wir haben mehrfach nachgefragt und trotz Zusage, wurde kein Service durchgeführt. Mein Frau wurde von einer Mitarbeiterin angeschrien, als sie zum wiederholten Mal um Zimmerservice bat.
Frühstück musste im völlig überfüllten Nachbarhotel eingenommen werden.
Rost auf allen Metallteilen im Zimmer (aufgrund der Nähe zum Meer vermutlich).

Pretty crappy. Room was just ok. The staff was horrible. It was dirty on the first floor.
Pros:

They were doing construction and we were not told this. The balcony looks to nothing. It was very dirty on the first floor. But the rooms were nice, the property was ok. Went next door for breakfast.

Cons:

Staff was never anywhere. We had to wait 20 minutes just to check in. No amenities at this property
