Amazing location and staff!!!
Pros:

Perfect location, good value, clean facility… the staff was amazing, especially Greta… I loved the patio; breakfast was great!!!! I will definitely come back.

Cons:

The refrigerator seemed not to work properly. I was suggested to change rooms but I was too tired for that.

Checking in was difficult
Desk clerk did not know how to charge my card correctly for incadentals
There was not enough food for breakfast if you didn't go down by 0800 there was no sausage. Juice ran out also . We were there for 2 mornings and this happened both days
A/c was leaking in dinning area and a large bucket was collecting drip water with flies floating in water while we sat there trying to eat
If you wanted the outside pool we had to go to hotel next door

Location was excellent.
Pros:

Location of the hotel and free parking.

Cons:

The mattress appeared to move on the bed and was not fixed. The breakfast was lacking ; more of a continental. No lids for your coffee.

I probably wouldn’t stay again.

The fire alarm went off 3 times during my stay. My key card had to be reprogrammed and I was locked out of my room at 5 AM. I went to get coffee at 7:15 and there was not any and staff was still putting breakfast out. I was taking a nap at 3, someone knocked on the door and woke me to come look at the furniture in the room when I had my do not disturb tag out. It is not the hotel to go to if you are trying to rest.

Our stay was just okay.

AC unit would go up to 78-80 while we were gone and it was very hot coming back from the beach . And the breakfast was just okay at best.

Pros:

Staff was rude, they clean the rooms every other day???? What does that mean, I had to go down 3 times for towels toilet paper and my card was deactivated, it was awful air conditioner was never comfortable either too hot or too cold.

Cons:

I will never stay there again.

Not a good experience as other Hyatt stay.
Pros:

No one answers the call at reception. No one at front desk at night. The kitchen cleaning person for breakfast was rude.
Room toilet was dirty.

The view wasn't so great. I expected the pool that I seen on the app would be the property itself. I didn't like I had cross the parking lot to go to the pool. Didn't not see the restaurant in the phone. Very disappointed.

Pros:

Close to the beach

Cons:

Breakfast, WiFi super slow, only 1 person working during a busy time of day to so long to get checked in myself and several guest were upset. Everyone had to take stairs because either elevator wasn’t working or was to slow
