Great location, clean, comfortable- and exceptional staff! I usually don’t leave reviews, but I left feeling refreshed and more like a guest than a customer. All the staff smiles and greets you as you pass them, and the hotel is very well maintained.

Major shoutout to the housekeeping staff, Monyssa, and Tamisha! Will definitely be returning!

Pros:

Location and parking. Shower clean and free of mold. 24 hrs hot coffee available

Cons:

Immediately noticed all bedding in my room was extremely wrinkled. Did not appear to be freshly laundered. One had a few brown specs. Can’t prove it, but I don’t think sheets were changed. Toilet had to be flushed multiple times for #1 with a little tissue.

Indoor and outside pool and plenty of parking

Cons:

The room we got didn't have a closing bathroom door, staff helped changing us the room.
The lady that did the check in didnt want to be there and was very clear at how much she was bothered that we were checking in.
She didnt even want to tell us about breakfast without asking everyone in the room for her attention and basically screaming that breakfast was from x to y time. It was very uncomfortable and dont you dare to ask any question.

Worse experience ever!
Pros:

When booking the hotel, the website advertised an on-site bar, restaurant, and pool. Upon arrival, I discovered that these amenities were not actually attached to or located within the hotel as reasonably represented. These amenities were a major factor in my decision to book your property, and I feel the advertising was misleading.

Additionally, the check-in experience was extremely unprofessional. I waited more than 20 minutes to check in, and during the process, the front desk clerk attempted to take my credit card from my hand without first explaining the charges or authorization amount that would be placed on the card. This created an uncomfortable and concerning interaction in which I would encourage you to check the cameras to review.

Most troubling, however, were the conditions around the property itself. Throughout the exterior areas of the hotel, there were numerous large rats and cockroaches visible. I have video documentation of these conditions and am prepared to provide it upon request. The presence of such pests created a very unsanitary environment and raised serious concerns regarding the property's cleanliness and maintenance.

The only reason my family and I remained for the night was because we were unable to secure alternative accommodations on such short notice. We checked out the following morning by approximately 9:30 a.m. and left as soon as possible.

Pros:

We always stay here, but it has been remodeled and it's even nicer than it was before. We love the couch bed.
