The hotel is CLOSED..... half the hotel was missing - Hotels.com let me book a room for a hotel that closed down AFTER i had made reservations. must to my surprise driving 2 hours there and we have no hotel - called for 30 minutes to hotels.com and got no one......

The hotel did not exist. It was put of service and half of the building was torn down. I had no notice of the hotel being out of service. I did not find out until I was already at the location of said hotel.

The property burned down in May 2024 and Expedia never notified me, we arrived to no hotel and no help from Expedia to find another room. Impossible to talk to someone without jumping through multiple hoops, still have not been refunded.

First of off, the pictures make this property look completely different than what it was. I'll start by saying the front office staff was great! No complaints during check-in or check-out. The hotel is located in a cluster of hotels. All the other hotels are actual hotels but this one is a motel. When I got to my room, I remembered the picture I saw on here and said to myself "where is that at"? The headboard on the beds are the same, that's about it. Speaking of beds, the headboard wasn't even connected to the bed and the bed kept rolling away. There were stains on the comforter. Thankfully, I always bring my own sheets and pillow cases. One look at the bathroom and I knew I was not going to shower there. But that's not all. Five minutes in my room and suddenly I hear what appeared to be a fight right outside. The door and walls are so thin, you can hear everything. My 15 year old son was scared. Next thing we know, the police was there. I'm like oh my goodness gracious. Apparently, that was settled but about an hour or two later, we hear fire trucks approaching. Sure enough, they were coming to the motel. Not sure what happened, they left shortly after. After the event we attended, we returned at about 11pm. As I tried to get comfortable, my son informed me he wasn't going to sleep that night because he was scared. At that time, we packed up and checked out at midnight!

I tried contacting Hotels.com to help but the response I received was unacceptable.

Environment was dangerous people smoking weed in groups , casing cars dogs and people looking thru trash cans. Clerk had a bad attitude, room smelt like Marijuana we were there 5 mins and decided to take the loss . We still haven’t received our 100.00 dollar deposit. This was a nightmare ! Hotels. Com should be ashamed for even having this on their site . Not sure if I will use this site ever again.

It’s was close to restaurant and for what I paid it was worth the price. The only problem was the elevator didn’t work and the ice machine on our floor was broke.

It was very uncomfortable, not very clean, the bath tub had rust spots in it, and I thought there was no smoking allowed, but the people in the room next to ours were clearly smoking all night.

The door to the outside was broken so anyone could just get in it smelled like weed the area was bad the elevator was broken refrigerator in the room also didn’t work

Needs updates and renovation.

You get what you pay for. Photos look much better than reality. Our non-smoking smelled like smoke, sink faucet didn’t work, phone didn’t work, you could hear everything going on outside, and the room had been touched up with the wrong color paint in various spots (quite a sight). But the beds were comfortable and clean, the tv was good, and the a/c worked.

Key didn’t work - elevator didn’t work - bathroom door would not shut and had been repaired and not repainted. No Wi-Fi or tv and Verizon wasn’t strong there. I saw a cockroach crawl across the side table as I turned off the light to go to sleep🙀

The baseboards and walls were very dirty and the comforter had holes in it. The area also felt very unsafe and the outside corridors were cluttered and dirty.

The people were great

The room was mostly clean
Workout facility was poor and missing equipment
The breakfast was non existent
Fire alarms needed batteries and cherping
Lights out ( safety concerns)
Almost sure they never cleaned the floor.
In general it was a place to.put my stuff

When I drove up first thought was forget the money and run the outside was horrifying and the pool or the Internet worked, but the head of housekeeping said that the rooms looked better in the inside which it did. I wouldn't stay there again!

Staff was great, and took care of any needs you needed.
Excess to snacks drinks all nite.
And good breakfast in the morning.
