Stop if you want but I would not.
Pros:

The room was updated.

Cons:

I booked this place because it had a high rating and deemed exceptional.
I did not know it was a motel until I pulled up. My mistake. The door did not seal well and allowed bugs in and humidity in. We killed 3 bugs on the walls.

Soap dispensers were completely empty. There were spider webs in the ceiling corners.

The Continental Breakfast was "meh"

Pros:

Overall experience was a good one. The room was very clean very much comfortable staff was friendly. I did not use the pool. Housekeeping was excellent. When I had to call them for some extra things overall is a good experience. I would definitely recommend the days Inn in Murphy, North Carolina.

Cons:

I can’t really give you anything that I didn’t like things were good there. I stayed in five or six motels in the last 12 days and by far that was certainly a better experience.

Pleasant Surprise
Pros:

This an older facility, but we found it very well maintained. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast ok.
Staff was very nice and helpful. Would stay there again in the future.

Nice stay
Pros:

Everything was very nice as advertised. Breakfast wasn't bad typical hotel food. The gentleman did a fantastic job keeping the food service area clean. Kudos to you sir.

Cons:

Our room. We requested a pet room which we got. But when we opened the door the smell of must was strong. We went to a local dg and got a couple cans of room deodorizer. After 3 applications the room smelled much better. So maybe the room needs a deeper cleaning.

Pros:

We had enough soap in the shower for one and a half showers, for 2 people it was a problem. Went down for breakfast and mentioned it to the front desk before leaving for the day and came back that night and still no soap. Went to the front desk to bring it to their attention and was told housekeeping had gone home and was handed 2 small bars of soap. On a brighter note the breakfast was pretty good
