Excellent customer service
Pros:

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Doha for 7 nights while Qatar Airways was shutdown due to the current war. While the situation was unpredictable and stressful for many, the staff at the Radisson Blu could not have been more kind, attentive, and helpful. With the hotel being completely full, each and every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Kudos to the entire staff, thank you!

Cleanliness and atmosphere.
Pros:

Cleanliness and atmosphere are great. The hotel feels well-maintained, and the environment is pleasant and comfortable.

Hazel from the guest relations desk was very helpful in providing information about the different recreational areas in the hotel. Nishanta was also very approachable and consistently maintained the cleanliness of my room. Great job to both of them for their excellent service.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

During the dramatic events of the ongoing US-Israel vs Iran war, we were stranded in Doha due to the closure of Qatari airspace. The hotel accommodated us for a week in an incredible manner. Everything was comfortable, the rooms were very cosy, the food was very good, and the staff's welcome was warm and impeccable.

Fabulous
Pros:

I have spent the last 8 days in the hotel due to the Iranian conflict.My stay has been a wonderful experience due to the excellence of the facilities and the staff.
