Staff supportive to an extent.

Cons:

The bass and loud music from the club was terrible, till 2:00 AM was keeping entire guests awake, multiple people complaining for the same reason. They should soundproof isolate that pathetic club.

Pros:

The hotel has a very nice room. It fulfilled my expectations. I will recommend everyone to stay and enjoy themselves. Especially on the weekends and occasions!
The food is very enjoyable at the buffet.
Thanks to the staff at the entrance... And at the reception. Mr Arif who was very nice.
Housekeeping service is also very good.
