Cons:

When I arrived at the hotel, the reception was fairly good. However, whenever I asked the staff for assistance, they kept ignoring me. I then spoke to the manager, who told me he would send someone to help, but I waited for a long time and was still ignored. Because of this, I decided to change hotels

Supper Stay.

Cons:

Room allocated was located above 4 x industrial fans very noisy also construction ongoing behind that.
Contacted reception and were moved but still on same side as the construction so a little less noise but still disturbed sleep.
Short stay was not worth moving room for a second time.

Pros:

تم ترقية الغرفة مجانا لعدم توفر غرفة للمدخنين في المبنى المطلوب. وكانت الغرفة الجديدة رائعة جدا و يسمح فيها التدخين في المبنى الاخر.
طاقم الموظفين قمة بالرقي والتعامل الطيب. القيمة المادية مقابل الخدمات تعتبر جدا ممتازة مع العلم تدخل كل مرافق الفندق من غير اي دفع.

Cons:

كل شي كان تمام ولكن ملاحظة بسيطة يا ريت يكون في اجهزة تنقية الهواء في غرف المدخنين لان الصراحة لما تدخل الغرفة تشعر برائحة السجائر مخزنة بالمكان. ولكن من افضل الفنادق برأيي

Cons:

I don't like the way that reception is located in west wing when allocated room in east wing. My RoomKey card was not activated properly and so had to trail back to reception west wing, wait in queue and then get cards reactivated.
Clearly if this reception measure is to replace low room cost as a justification of no receptionist, then what is gained
