Comfortable stay with amazing view.
Pros:

View of beach and surrounds.

Cons:

Check in was very confusing with so many lock boxes in shop where barely any english spoken. I would advise owner to ask guests to print the full email of instructions. I only took a screenshot of the code. It was not enough. I had to get details from hotel staff of room and parking etc.

Very limited tea coffee. No milk.

Bed was a bit saggy on my side.

The owner of the studio who air bnb'd was very nice and helpful.

The staff at the mantra were not really helpful or friendly it felt much like it wasn't maned really.

Short, nice, but a little confusing.
Pros:

The view from the balcony is lovely, and the unit is clean and nice.

Cons:

It wasn't clear to me from the booking.com listing that this was not a rental from the Mantra, but rather from a private owner in the Mantra. This caused confusion when I called the Mantra ahead of time to talk about parking and they had no booking for me. I have no problem with the rental being from a private owner, but if this had been made explicit the experience would have been less confusing.
