Very good location

Cons:

Rooms were not cleaned properly. Shower lacked water pressure and hot water at times. Breakfast was poor. Hotel doesn’t specify it has an annex with a tiny lift that is almost never available as the door is always left open on the ground floor.

Would not recommend anyone to stay here.didnt feel safe nor clean theres way better bang fo your buck in istanbul

Needed upgraded air conditioning unit as theres no windows. Felt like a jail cell. Showers were outdated and moldy.

Lage wirklich top sehr zentral, Sauberkeit auch gut

In den 7 Tagen Aufenthalt, 7 mal Stromausfall erlebt
Einmal davon im Aufzug stecken geblieben was wirklich gruselig war
Im Bad hat eine Dusch Tür gefehlt, sodass es nach dem duschen das Bad unter Wasser stand. Nach Ansprache an der Rezeption wurde nichts unternommen
Ausstattung sehr veraltet und Zimmer muffeln
Economy Zimmer sehr klein und ohne Fenster für eine Person ok, ab 2 wird’s ziemlich eng

الموقع / منطقة تحمل عنوان كل شيء لا يبعد سوى خطوات مقاهي ومطاعم وتسوق وتوفر وسائل النقل من تكاسي وأوبر يصلون بسهولة إلى باب الفندق

السعر مبالغ فيه نوعا ما، عدم وجود عزل كافي ، لا انصح نهائيا بالغرف دون إطلالة ، الفطور ينبغي ان يكون افضل من ذلك

Zeer teleurstellende ervaring – niet aan te raden

Ik ben Turks en verbleef hier 14 dagen. Helaas was mijn ervaring erg negatief.

Op de eerste dag was het ontbijt goed. Maar vanaf de tweede dag werd het elke dag minder. Het voelde alsof er steeds meer werd bezuinigd, terwijl we gewoon voor de hele periode hebben betaald.

Het personeel was extreem onbeleefd en onprofessioneel. Niet één keer, maar elke dag opnieuw. Het leek alsof ze tegen de gasten werkten in plaats van voor hen. Zo hoort gastvrijheid niet te zijn.

De kwaliteit ging elke dag achteruit, en de sfeer werd er niet beter op. We hebben betaald voor 14 dagen, maar kregen slechte service, onvriendelijkheid en frustratie terug.

Dit is echt onacceptabel, en ik zou deze plek aan niemand aanbevelen.
