Pros:

Location was amazing. Right in the heart of Florence. Staff was extremely helping in recommendations for restaurants and how to use the bus/train system. Breakfast was delicous, with lots of options

Cons:

One of the elevators were down during my stay, but it wasn't a big deal. The stairs are accessible and there is a second elevator.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff and excellent service.
Pros:

The location, just around the corner from the Palazzo Vecchio, is perfect for city center sightseeing. The lobby area is comfortable and classy. The breakfast featured a variety of hot and cold foods, all of excellent quality.

Breakfast great.

Cons:

Very poor sleep for the 4 nights we were there - constant noise from the piazza. Gave this feedback when checking out but didn’t seem bothered or apologise. Would not stay here again for that reason
