Please be advised that from February 2 to April 30, 2026, scheduled work will be carried out to upgrade and modernize the elevator systems. During this period, the service may not operate at full efficiency.
On February 2 and 3, 2026, all elevators will be out of service from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
For the remainder of the period, only a reduced number of elevators will be in operation.

room was meticulously clean , at least our room which may be an upgraded room ; the location was excellent, close to all attractions and shopping areas in Florence
In breakfast area, there may be an addition of an omelette station; also there can be more choices for snack type food in the lounge area to have it with drinks

Fantastic location, classy hotel, friendly staff.
Nothing that we didn’t like but, rooms are quite small but that is understandable in such an old and historical property
The interior decor had the historic and artistic feel to it. Beautiful design. It was very clean as well
The hotel staff were not just very professional but also gave us a warm welcome every day. The location couldn't have been better. Florence was experiencing a heatwave with minimum temperatures of 39⁰c all week, we were very grateful for the excellent air conditioning throughout this lovely hotel.
We found the pillows very very soft and would have preferred something with a little more support, however, this is a personal preference and I'm sure others may find them OK.
A wonderful hotel in the very heart of Florence. Bernini Palace is perfectly located, with the city’s main attractions just a few minutes’ walk away.
The hotel has a very special atmosphere of historic Florence, with beautiful interiors, elegant public areas, and comfortable rooms. We would especially like to highlight the excellent level of service — the staff are highly professional, attentive, friendly, and always ready to help.
The breakfasts are very good, the rooms are comfortable, and the hotel offers a perfect combination of historic charm and modern comfort.
