Perfecta ubicación para centro histórico
Pros:

La piscina exterior, la habitación y el sector. La honestidad al devolver un cobro indebido.

Cons:

La actitud de 2 recepcionistas, reciben una propina con mala cara y confunden mi cuenta al final. El personal del restaurante es más simpático

Perfecta.
Pros:

Todo estuvo muy bien. Fuimos con media pensión y quedamos muy satisfechos con los servicios y el restorán.

La ubicación, la calefacción , la habitación y las vistas al río, el servicio de restaurante y desayuno

Cons:

No me gustó que para haber reservado la habitación Deluxe le faltaban varias cosas como para catalogarla de esa forma y paso a detallar: frigobar vacío; sin jarra eléctrica ; la cafetera para hacer café de filtro pero no ponen el café ni el filtro para esa cafetera; el jacuzzi sin sales o jabón para dicho servicio; no había plancha; la cerradura sin corte general de electricidad de la habitación ; el hotel no dispone de garage o parking

Pros:

el hotel es precioso, super cómodo, re bien ubicado. Habitaciones grandes, amenities acordes. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Personal super amable.

Cons:

Fui por un fin de semana a descansar y lamentablemente no fue posible. Tienen áreas en común frente a las habitaciones y tuvimos familias enteras difrutando del mundial y sus ventajas hasta las 2 de la mañana. Siendo un hospedaje de este tamaño se me ocurre que podían haber destinado un lugar, independiente de las habitaciones para esta actividad. Entiendo que había muchos huespedes del país que jugaba pero habiamos muchos que no lo éramos y solo buscamos un buen lugar para poder descansar, pero bueno... no pasó. Muy costoso para volver mas agotados de lo que fuimos.

El colchón ya estaba fuera de su rango de vida. El ascensor principal muy sucio a diferencia del resto de instalaciones. Necesita mantenimiento en área de jacuzzi y algunas cosas en baños.
