Muy buena estancia
Pros:

Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Hermosa piscina. Muy buena atención del personal

Cons:

Se nos rompió el aire acondicionado y si bien vinieron enseguida a tratar de solucionarlo no se pudo y nos cambiaron a otra habitación.
La atención en el restaurante durante la cena, si hay mucha gente es un poco lenta.
En lo demás todo muy bien

Pros:

La piscina infinita ..la vista al rio .

Tanto el desayuno como la cena..nos gusto mucho.

Have stayed before and will stay again if possible
Pros:

Hotel is in a great location by the river in a quiet street. Rooms are big, outdoor pool was excellent and the area around it very well mantained. Breakfast is very good, unfortunately depending on the days it was better than others. Breakfast is included even though not correctly advertised in Booking.

Room windows faced the street and door to the main hallway so it wasn't quiet enough

Wir hatten einen schönen Tag am Pool. Das Abendessen war ok.
Pros:

Die Lage ist unvergesslich. Man ist am Wasser und zugleich nahe der Altstadt.

Cons:

Im Außenbereich waren die Sofas schmutzig. Man sollte die Bezüge waschen. Zudem fehlten im Zimmer die Kaffeekapseln oder eine kleine Begrüßung in Form eines Wassers oder ähnlichem.

Lo mas lindo es el solarium y la pileta con vista al río, lástima q había un grupo enorme como de 30 personas q invadian todas las instalaciones y hablaban a los gritos, tanto pileta externa como interna, todo copado por ellos

Aparte de lo q mencioné en el comentario anterior, no me gusto la habitacion 308, al lado del ascensor por lo q se escucha cada vez q alguien lo usa, muy molesto cuando uno ya quiere dormir. El frigobar vacío, ni una botella de agua de cortesia cuando llegamos. Cafetera revieja de capsulas pero no habia capsulas. Solo dos sobrecitos de café instantáneo, uno de ellos descafeinado. Y los muebles un poco gastados, mancha de humedad abajo del aire. Detalles...

Excelente servicio, debería adaptar los baños a algo más moderno
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, las camas excelentes, el personal y todo el servicio 10 puntos, el desayuno excelente había de todo para todos los gustos, el servicio de cena espectacular los mozos super amables , y el room service funciona de muy buena manera

Cons:

El baño, bastante antiguo y muy poco adaptado a discapacidad, el tema de tener bañera le quita mucho,.es algo que nadie usa y para bañarse de pie es un problema cuando uno tiene algún pequeño problema de movilidad
