Pros:

Tasapainoinen kokonaisuus. Hyvät sängyt ja hyvä aamiainen. Henkilökunta oli loistava.

Tampere kiva, hotelliin en ollut tyytyväinen
Pros:

Aamiainen hyvä!

Cons:

Huonetta odotettiin yli 40min. Kun sinne päästiin lämpötila +25c. Huone oli saunalla mitä ei kyllä pahemmin käytetty. Nukuin märkä pyyhe pään päällä.

Cons:

Ilmastointi oli jokseenkin tehoton. Toki oli lämmin päivä+26. Varmaan viilennys oli ääritehoilla.

Todella hyvä aamupala, melko kallis kokonaisuus
Pros:

Erilainen aamupala kuin muualla. Aamupalaan on koottu erilaisia suomalaisia makuja. Suuri plussa siitä, että kokki paistaa omeletteja paikan päällä ja kahvi tarjoillaan suoraan pöytään. Hyvin rauhallinen ja hiljainen aamupalahetki, mitä jokaisessa paikassa ei ole. Aamupalalle täys kymppi! Jopa kaurapuuro oli täyteläisen hyvää!

Hotellihuoneet siistejä, hämyisiä ja rauhallisia. Käytävien tai katujen äänet eivät kuulu hotellihuoneeseen.

Todella ystävällinen ja palvelualtis henkilökunta, etenkin aamupalalla.

Cons:

Huoneen sänky oli vähän jo tiensä päässä. Toinen kääntää kylkeä ja toinen herää siihen kuin olisi trampoliiniin kyydissä.

Overpriced compared to other hotels in Finland. Be aware!

Cons:

We have traveled a lot. Where we have booked rooms with a tv screen to chromecast. However this was not possible in the queen comfort room (quite expensive). I have booked less luxury rooms where you can chromecast perfectly. So I went down to the receptionist to report this service failure, offering the hotels staf an opportunity to solve the problem for service recovery. However Apparently you need to pay an an ever more expensive suite to have a chromecast that will work for iPhone/android. I was baffled. I have never experienced this,
As this is so common in every hotel/apartment studio no matter what the type of comfort is.

Besides that the matras was also not good.
And last, the breakfast does not serve a lot of sweet options such as pancakes or croissants.

We stayed in multiple hotels in Finland so i can quite compare the level regarding the price/quality.

If they want to respond to this message, that would be a little to late, as I have offered the hotel an opportunity to respond in real life

Pros:

Rauhallinen ja siisti, huone viihtyisä. Ravintolan ruoka oli kerrassaan loistavaa ja samaa tasoa palvelu. Aamupalalla pääsi maistelemaan uusia makuja. Tänne tulen uudelleen.

Taattua Lapland laatua, suosittelen.

Cons:

Parkkihalli todella ahdas, onneksi pieni auto.
