Pros:

Kiva huone ja maukas aamupala.

Cons:

Asiakaspalvelu olisi saanut olla vähän ystävällisempää. Aamupalalla ei edes toivotettu hyviä huomenia, vaikka meidät kyllä huomattiin. Eikä tarjoilija tuonut kahvia pöytiin, niinkuin yleensä olemme tottuneet muissa Lapland hotelleissa.

Uneton Laplandissa..
Pros:

Sijainti on lähellä juna-asemaa ja sinne on helppo löytää..Aamiainen hyvä. Henkilökunta ystävällinen.Koira ystävällinen hotelli.

Cons:

Sänky oli odotuksiin nähden melko epämukava ja tyynyt kaipaisivat päivitystä. Huoneen ilmastointilaite pamahteli läpi yön,pitäen minut ja koirani hereillä. Mutta sain hotellilta korvauksen tästä ja olen siitä kiitollinen. Ja huone oli tien puolella,joten ääniä riitti myös kadulla.
