Agradavel, embora possa melhorar, se for mais atencioso aos detalhes.
Pros:

Ambiente agradável, clássico, com estrutura boa, que toca bossa nova o dia inteiro, o que é uma delícia.

Cons:

São 2 hotéis, do qual um é mais confortável, mas o outro tem que estrutura de entretenimento. O normal seria os hóspedes poderem circular nas áreas comuns de ambos, porém o hotel acha uma boa ideia nao misturar, o que é decepcionante. Ademais. O café da manha é extremamente básico. Faltou uma curadoria, pois mesmo sendo sendo simples, pode oferecer mais tipos de pães e sucos.

Gostei basicamente de tudo

Cons:

Só tive problemas pq não acharam minha reserva, mas dei sorte que tinha vaga, e como não tinha pago ainda, paguei lá na hora; e minha irmã que fez reserva por outro aplicativo tbm teve problemas, então acredito que o problema foi com a oyo, e não com o booking, e não tinha tomada de 3 pinos.

Pros:

O quarto é confortável, mas o mobiliário é antigo e precisa uma renovação. O café da manhã servido é bom, com itens variados. A localização é excelente, na praia Costa Azul, sendo possível caminhar para a Avenida dos Bandeirantes (com muito comércio) por 22 minutos.

Cons:

O wi-fi não funciona direito nos quartos.

A pousada tem uma ótima localização.
Apenas deixa um pouco a desejar no serviço de limpeza do quarto, que não acontece todos os dias, bem como as trocas de toalha e roupas de cama que não são diárias.
