Overall, pleasant and easy stay with good amenities and acceptable level of cleanliness.
Pros:

Spa, sauna, large rooms, off street parking, close to shops.

Cons:

Dinner meal was OK perhaps paying more attention to this aspect. The under $35.00 dollar delivery charge for room service is questionable.

Extremely friendly staff. Lovely spacious and clean room. Twin room as asked for plus a balcony which was nice. Pool lovely 27° with lots of fresh towels and a sauna.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

The close proximity to the Zoo. Staff where friendly and the pool area was nice and clean.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room wasnt clean.. dusty and the carpets left your feet sticky. We ended up wearing sock the whole stay. Air cons are very outdated, rattly, loud and struggled to keep temperature. The pillows like pancakes and the bed frame made so much noise even to just roll slightly in bed. We also must have been very close to the kitchen as the room smelt like fried food

Very disappointing considering we had read great reviews.
