The food
I had to leave
False marketing on site. The room looked completely different to photos and didn't include facilities that were listed. Complained about this and were told 'its subject to availability' and to pay for an upgrade.
Definitely needs a renovation. The shower was a horrendous experience. Went from boiling hot to freezing cold constantly.
Would never go back.

I love the Asian inspired decor.
Presented to the restaurant, WaterWall at 9:30pm on Friday night. 1 x table of patrons was still inside the restaurant but despite closing time of 10pm, nobody even came to assist us. Ended up catching an Uber to Northbridge for dinner.

It was in a great location and close to everywhere we wanted to be. Breakfast was great every day. On-site parking was good and secure but dont think it should be charged extra when staying for a week
Rooms were very dated and in great condition for the price. Paying additional for parking on top over the overpriced room was a bit much
Spar was nice, dinner was good. Room was nice and clean.
Bed was really uncomfortable, was really noisy from other occupants in the motel on several floors and on many occasions during the evening and over night with limited response to rectify the problem, breakfast staff were not very pleasant and seemed like they didn't want to be there ( breakfast manager )
