Was ok but not the best one especially as we stay there at least 4 times a year and got a basic room

Noise in the evening. People staying above were very noisy until after 12am and with the fire exists open, the noise of people talking on the ground floor carried up to my room.

Ok for a couple nights stay
Pros:

Parking on site was secure & safe.
Bed was ok
Rooms were clean, but looking a bit tired & old
Staff were friendly

Cons:

Elevator was bit slow & jumpy ( one was out of service on our first night)
Used coffee cup sat in the foyer all day/overnight

Nice but has a lot of room for improvement

Liked the location. Check in quick and easy

Cons:

Passed time to update the inside And the pool and restaurant. Broken lift. Don’t like that I had to pay for parking on site. When there was enough room for all and the cost of the stay.

Booked in just after two went up to our room open our door and there was a maintenance guy sitting on the couch on his phone apparently fixing a tap went downstairs to reception and asked to be moved due to the maintenance being done on our room only to be told there’s no one in our room he left only to have him return 20 minutes later to say oh now he’s gotta fix a shelf
Extremely disappointed as we were on a tight schedule to have showers and leave
