Comfortable for traveling for work

Had an issue with one of our work lads not being able to get up there for one night despite I booked the full week, it resulted in my booking being cancelled despite my other work lad did tell reception he couldn't get down for just 1 night, but will be there for the rest of the booking. He got moved to another hotel for a night, but then resolved. It was stressful as I had one of my lads with no where to stay and far away from home, but glad it was rectified in the end.

Nice hotel service could be swifter
Pros:

Size of the room, compact bathroom, comfy bed. Decent car park and good food menu . Nice location.
Some furniture a bit dusty in bedroom, bathroom clean.

Cons:

The stairs to our room, 2 flights of stairs,several fire doors to go through. Not alot of natural light in the bedroom, and the corridor light is on 24/7.
