Pros:

I often stay in Trier and this is the most convenient hotel for me and good value for money. It must be well managed because they keep their staff for a long time. I'm always made very welcome.

Man fühlt sich als Gast unerwünscht.

Cons:

Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und schnippisch. Man hat sich nicht mal mehr was getrau zu fragen.

Der Zugang zum Parkhaus ist herausfordernd. Gerade mit Gepäck und dann ggf. noch glatte Treppen macht das ganze sehr abenteuerlich.
