Pros:

Staff is always friendly and helpful even though it is always busy when we stay due to, we stay when traveling for baseball tournaments. We will use you every time

Cons:

There was a party in the conference room next to the pool and they set of the fire alarms while my kids and grandkids were in the pool, and it scared them while in the water and then my youngest panicked and now is afraid of the pool (she is 2). Then the alarms had to be reset, and they went off multiple time in the night. I know this is not the hotel's fault. The hotel was full of baseball players for a state tournament, and they all talked about it at the game the next day. This is an amazing place to stay, and I we will be using again.

Pros:

The location is excellent!

Cons:

The window coverings do not cover the entire window. There is a 2 foot opening at the bottom. Not only is this a privacy issue, but also it lets in.light and sleep is disturbed.

It was a clean, comfortable hotel with good service and a decent breakfast.
Pros:

The location was good for purposes of our trip. Breakfast was good, but a waffle maker would have been nice.

Cons:

Our credit cards wouldn't run at check-in, but the clerk at the desk called the manager, and she resolved the situation. It apparently was an issue with their system.
