Make sure everything works!

Clean rooms & great breakfast

Cons:

Rented the room because I was having a major surgery, my husband stayed at the motel. The phone didn't work at all. I had no communication with him due to the phone. When he went to the front desk they said he's have to wait for maintenance the next day. They didn't offer him another phone or anything to be able to contact me. I'm highly upset as this is a very reputable company and to be denied access to a phone while someone is in the hospital is insane. The front desk also admitted they knew there was a problem with it in that particular room. Why put someone in there then? What if they needed to call 911? For the price, I'll go somewhere else where the phone works or somewhere that would at least offer a phone to use. So disappointing

It was ok staying here!
Pros:

Staff was kind and gave me all the information I would need to make the most out of my stay. The actual property was just “ok”.

Cons:

Nothing really NICE about the place. The floor lamp was just barely still standing, great news on no bugs or loud neighbors though.
