Comfortable, well-located place to stay
Pros:

Good location. Very comfortable bed. All very clean. Good to have a car park although payable, and the staff did offer a cheaper option.

Cons:

A certain amount of noise at night, but we were in the middle of a city, so to be expected.

Pros:

The entry is lovely and inviting. The staff are also lovely

The beds were very comfy.

The location is ideal

Cons:

Google maps has it listed on a side street so our arrival was a little confusing but managed to find a park before walking up.
Once we were given our room, we asked to change… the initial room had an open view to the carpark building with no privacy curtains so we would have had to have the curtains closed all day
After being given another room (which we’re very grateful for!) the new room also did not have any netting but at least didn’t have too many looking directly into our room. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning so to cool the room you need to open the window which then is very noisy

Pros:

We were moved from Abel Tasman to Mercure Wellington Central due to unforeseen circumstances so we ended up with a 2 bedroom apartment, so lots of room and a kitchenette. Central location, close to everything.

Cons:

I actually loved everything, but we didn’t see many people, and no bar/restaurant/fitness centre/pool but those are little luxuries and our stay was great otherwise because of the location. Staff were lovely too!

Enjoyable, thank you, and perfect location.
Pros:

Room slightly smaller than I had envisaged, but good value, and amazing beds! Nice to have extra blankets and iron too. Bathroom lovely and clean and light.

Cons:

Fridge was running too cold so it froze our milk and food (I mentioned this after).

Hotel good breakfast rubbish
Pros:

Very poor

Cons:

Breakfast very poor value. Had to pay extra for non dairy milk. Had to pay extra for hot chocolate. Many breakfast items had to be asked to be replenished. Ran out of cheese mugs hot water. No non meat alternatives for breakfast. Cheese and salami mixed on same plate.
