Handy location & friendly helpful staff. Great to have a twin room which was two double beds.
Bit of wear & tear in hallways & room. Could do with a decorative freshen up at some point but overall in keeping with cost - good value for money & met our needs.

We didn't get a clean one day the lady said she would come back but she didn't. The air, had to open the window as the hotel air wasn't good (air con?)
Receptionist very helpful, good location to go up town.
Bed was hard as nails, sheeting was 2 sheets and ultra thin duvet. As it was cold in Wellington hard to heat up., Pillows also thin and only 1 each. TV was tiny
Location. Staff were friendly.
Noisy. The windows were single glazed so the street noise was loud and kept us awake. The walls were thin so you could hear the neighbours easily. The room doors had self closing mechanisms that needed adjusting. They made the doors slam closed. This was very load at 3am when other guests were retuning home.

Bed was hard and shower was weak
location was great.. walking distance to shops, restaurants was great.
Car park was close.. and for 24hrs so after check out we had time to do some shopping and leave the car..
Room was big enough for two people
in the room there was no traffic - great
No stand up fan in the room.. not everyone wants air con on

New to the area so wasn't explained about how far the car park was.. or how to get to the hotel from the car park..
Very disappointed in the fact i had to go to reception to get my breakfast voucher.. in the morning where as I should've got this at check in..
no fan in the bathroom.. but noticed the upgrade sign so maybe this is coming..
Room was shabby and cold. Uncomfortable beds and very noisy location resulted in a poor night's sleep.
You could make it a bit clearer and smoother like this:
Issues sorting the Wi-Fi on the TV. I was informed via chat that reception was available 24 hours, but when I went down at night for a request, there was no receptionist available.
The parking shutter also only opens when the receptionist activates it from inside, which became an issue when we returned late and no one opened it. We had to call multiple times and wait quite a while before someone answered.

Reception lady was lovely and welcoming and helpful. Good location.
The room smelt musty, stains on the carpet, needed an extra blanket on the bed as it was cold. The floor was dirty in the bathroom.
