満足
Pros:

南浦駅、チャガルチ駅から近く、国際市場もすぐそばで、立地は最高でした。
入り口はあまり綺麗ではないけど、部屋はとても清潔、毎日掃除にきてくれ、タオルをかえてくれました。バスタブのある部屋で満足でした。
コスパを考えるととてもいいホテル。スタッフも優しかった。

Great location, Nice Hotel, Good Value
Pros:

Proximity to Biff Square and Busan Train Station was great.

Cons:

Front Desk folks were pretty unengaging as we came and went from property and at check out. On Site parking is why we booked this hotel and we were told we could not park on site due to suv size. We decided to return our car to rental agency at the train station rather than pay for parking.

남포동 번화가에서 가까워 어디든 이동하기 편함

직원 대응이 좋지않음.
특히. 나이 많은 여성분의 대응이 엄청 불친절함. 호텔 직원이 아닌 그냥 동네 아줌마 또는 할머니 같은 대응임. 툭툭 쏘는 말투에 명령조로 이렇게 하라 저렇게 하라 말함.
다른 직원들 또한 카운터에 앉아있지만 오고갈때 일체 인사나 대응이 전혀 없음.
20시에 로비에 갔더니 카운터에서 코골며 자고 있음. 불러도 깨지도 않을 정도로 숙면함.

Pros:

I liked that the property had an elevator so moving our luggage so very easy. We also had enough space for two people and our huge luggages were not in the way.

Perfect spot and perfectly clean!
Pros:

Very clean, spacious and quiet. Great location.

Cons:

Beds way too soft, sore back every morning. Staff not particularly welcoming, helpful or friendly

Pros:

Geweldig personeel, vooral bij het ontbijt waren de vrouwen heel lief en aardig.

Cons:

Hele kleine badhanddoeken. Bed was wat hard. We hadden geen kast op de kamer, terwijl die wel geadverteerd was.
