Horrible
Pros:

Nothing!

Cons:

After providing booking.com confirmation, I was charged by the hotel again. I am stuck with a claim to get my money back (unsuccessfully)
Rotten bathroom. Not clean at all. Dirty toilet, dirty floor. Leaky and rotten faucet. No garbage bin provided.

For the price, cleanliness and location I give it a 9 out of 10.
Pros:

The location is not far about 10 minutes walk to a subway stations, nearby are a selection o restaurants. The room was very clean, the bathroom was impeccable clean as well, hair dryer, clean towels.

Cons:

Since I came during summer hot days, the house seems to be better for winter, it was still hot inside past after 9 pm, the air conditioning is old and small to cool off the room. No iron (at least I could not find it). One more thing, the internet did not work during my stay.

主要沙发很不舒服，卫生一般，
冰箱和空调都老旧，开着跟拖拉机一样吵闹，睡觉得关闭。
最不满意的一点是 住宿以后 推销邮件同频繁轰炸，
标注垃圾邮件后还是阻挡不了 ， 再也不住。
