We loved the hotel and its proximity to Boston, Massachusetts.

A valuable employee
Pros:

There was a manager named Paul. He was courteous and kind. He had to deal with constant construction and guests. But did so with dignity and patience.
He should get a raise.

Cons:

I didn't like all the first floor being under construction

Cons:

Breakfast was packaged muffins and instant oatmeal. A couple of support bars were broken/missing in the bathroom.

Did not sleep well and was happy to check out. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Air conditioning was noisy and repeatly kicked on and off despite careful setting adjustments
No shower curtain in shower
Poor wall insultation resulting in bad nights sleep
The furnishings were old and upholstery was ripped
The person at the front desk was on what appeared to be a personal call resulting in a long line of customers with no acknowledgement to us until she finished the extended call
