Pros:

The property’s location was great for our overnight stay for a concert at Neyland. It was close, just a short drive and conveniently located. The lobby, our room, bathroom, and breakfast area were all clean and satisfactory. We had a mishap in our packing and some of our luggage got wet, including some clothes we were planning to wear that evening. The guy at the desk, I believe he was the owner, or at least the manager, was so accommodating and dried our clothes for us free of charge, and he was happy to do so. He was very kind and friendly, including the next morning at breakfast when he asked if we had a good time at the concert. The breakfast was great as well. Good selection, fresh and clean. I would 100% recommend a stay here. Some parts may seem a little out of date and could use a bit of an upgrade, but it was nothing that would keep me from staying here again.

Graduation visit
Pros:

The rooms were very large and comfortable. Front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. It was also very nice to have the room cleaned every day during our stay.

Cons:

The A/C unit was a bit loud at times, but over all it was acceptable

For the price I expected better
Pros:

Location, had 2 queen beds and a couch bed. Had a pool

Cons:

Beds squeaked very bad. One bed was a little wobbly. Wall divider that divided beds and couch area was weak and wobbled.

Very clean room and friendly staff.
Pros:

I have stayed here before. The rooms were clean. Other places that I have stayed in knoxville had bed bugs. That is the one thing that I always check for first and yours are very clean. The staff was very friendly.
