Definitely a motel, not a hotel food was awful too

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

As soon as we got there, the fridge did not work. There was hair in the bathtub. There were flies in the room. We booked the room for the hot tub. It was very discolored .

Very clean and comfortable but you need a car.

Short but good
Cons:

The hotel location is NOT in downtown Knoxville as listed. To get to the city you have to take the highway. It is not far but the information is not right. And we like to stay close to everything so we can walk around and get to know the city.
