Clean room
The room advertised at a good price
Black mold in the AC unit, water got warm at best, bathroom fan didn't work(turned on but squealed and thumped, and the tub faucet wasn't caulked and pulled away from the way. Traveled all around the country and by far the worst room I've been in
Breakfast had a good amount of selections for me. Our room was a newly renovated room on the third floor and made for a very nice stay for the night. The location was convenient being right off of the interstate.
The hotel was under renovation so there was bound to be some dust and clutter. But I believe it could have been cleaned a little better especially in the stairwells. Also the elevator was not working due to a recent issue so we had to carry our luggage up two floors. I wonder if it had been inspected recently.

The front desk clerk was not professional and very fivourously convinced she was a nice person to put it in real words she accused me of bringing trashy people to her hotel which I never did I was a solo traveling paying customer who also left tips at my previous stays plus they had no security cameras at the time if my stay and the elevator was even broke once and I was on the 3rd floor I never complained or was disrespectful to this lady named Ashly but she took it upon herself to make sure she did a great job of making me feel like I was a vilan in her town and she been there 20 years and she wasn't having my kind .so my review has to do with customer service and when someone ask you a sincere question and you honestly answer because you think just maybe since she asked so sincerely that they may be a good human being but don't always trust what you think ....100.Real Talk.the rest of the staff was outstanding and presented themselves as they should have .
The room was pretty clean.
The elevator was very dirty. No hair dryer or coffee pot in our room. There were a bunch of hoses in the pool area.
Great place to stay- staff very pleasant and location easy access off and on I-70. Would highly recommend
