Disappointing
Pros:

Room was big

Cons:

What is the point of putting a property online when it's being renovated. Elevators were not working. The room was given at 4th floor. Only one attendant. Appliances were not even installed and were piled up outside rooms. We needed iron and were told come down 4 flights of stairs and get it.

Liked the location. Staff is nice and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel is under renovation, wish we'd known before. No elevators for now and needs better cleaning. But will be nice once renovation is done.

Cons:

Toilet leaked, toilet stopped up. Hotel was in transition for new name with same owner. But I wasn’t told this when I booked Hotel. We had to change room due to the toilet issues.
