Pros:

The bed was really comfortable and your staff were very approachable

Cons:

I stood at reception to ask for some help with something for nearly 20 minutes. The bar staff were looking over for about 10 of those minutes and didn't think to come and ask if I was okay. I didn't think that was great service, but for the rest of the time and at the bar itself it was really good.

No internet access in room for three days despite being told that it was fixed. Only goid signal in libby. Pathetic for a business hotel!

Good overnight stay for work
Pros:

Good room. Comfortable bed. Great facilities. Friendly welcome

Cons:

Need to give details of gym, pool etc upon arrival
Over priced food.
Bar staff one in particular was very abrupt, more focused on when they could close the bar than customer service.

Very comfortable and welcoming
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and tidy. Food, both breakfast and evening meal, was excellent. For where I needed to be an excellent location with ample parking available.
