Clean comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Pool and sauna area was a bonus.
Bar and breakfast was expensive
We decided to have breakfast in our room on of the mornings and it was really good. Staff were very helpful and lovely.
Room seemed a bit scruffy. Paint all along skirting was scuffed and scraped off. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

From the moment we arrived until the end of our celebrations, every member of staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure that both we and our guests had a truly memorable day.
The attention to detail, organisation, and genuine care shown by the team made all the difference. We received so many compliments from our family and friends about the venue, the food, and the outstanding service, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The room was comfortable we had everything we needed. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was excellent there was an excellent choice.

Me and my other half stayed here on July 17th.
I don’t write many reviews, but the staff and facilities were particularly outstanding in our experience. In a country where customer service doesn’t seem to be much of a valued thing anymore, from the reception staff, to the young man at the pool reception, the bar staff and the waiters for the evening food were all so friendly, welcoming and asking if we needed anything. No request was a problem and everyone greeted us with a smile.
The restaurant had Alex, Chloe and Brooklyn working there, I commented in person at how happy we were with the service which got me a review card with their names on it.
The food was especially delicious, we had chicken strip starters, burgers for dinner and cheesecake to finish.
The rooms were clean and spacious with a powerful shower, the pool was clean. For a last minute stay it was a surprisingly lovely visit.
If you’re in the area and need somewhere to stay, this is the place to go!

We booked the hotel for an annual conference for our charity and our beneficiaries, combined with a celebration dinner for our 30th anniversary. Ian was great to work with during the planning of the event, was very accommodating when we visited in advance, and was always available to deal with any queries. During our stay at the hotel the staff were very attentive, and ensured that everything around our event went very smoothly. My one small point of constructive criticism is that the hotel could be better set up for people with disabilities - there are only a very small number of disabled-friendly rooms, and one disabled toilet in the main communal downstairs area is insuffucient. But overall I can't fault the hotel for their planning, customer service and delivery, and we were very happy with all aspects of our stay there.
