This is the second time that I have come here for training and both times Aleksandra has been the pinnacle of customer service here. She takes wonderful care of the guests during the day and makes the training here extra special. She is just a wonderful addition to this hotel and does a wonderful job.

I arrived at the mercure tonight I am here on a training course for work I got greeted by the receptionist and she was extremely helpful then I decided to have a drink at the bar I was served by the wonderful staff of Ellie liz and Chloe they could not of been more attentive if they tried fantastic hospitality perfect service very helpful about places to go visit while we stay here thank you so much girls 10 out of 10 for service and friendly manor
