Friendly receptionists, pretty clean.
Hotel says it has 24hr room service but this is the second time I have required it and they just ignore the phone.

Good sized room, piping hot water.
Good quality food, and really friendly employees
I like dogs, but was horrified to see a lady bring her small dog into breakfast with her, and Cary it up to the hot food whilst she was plating her breakfast! No one wants dog hairs in their food, even if your an animal lover. I was expecting that restaurant staff to approach her, instead they were all patting the dog and making a fuss over it.
Smoking area right outside the main front door - the property has good sized grounds, at least move the area to the side of the hotel, we don’t all want to walk through a tobacco haze to check in!
