Really super staff & a great hotel overall.
Pros:

Staff were the best of most hotels I’ve ever stayed in, Keri at the breakfast buffet especially & Kenny the chef.

Cons:

Beds weren’t the best & aircon would have been geeat!

Much needed break after a very stressful six months!
Pros:

Nice area, didn’t know the place well enough but would definitely visit again.

Cons:

Could use a tiny spruce up maybe, would be great to have air con throughout the hotel and some way of having the pool much cooler than the outside…

The staff were fantastic but the hotel itself is terrible. Dated, no air con in any room, poor water pressure for shower

Staff were really friendly and hard working

Cons:

The rooms and bathrooms are dated, over priced and not value for money. The breakfast was terrible, unorganised and not worth it. There is no air con in the rooms which is expected for £180 a night. The premium rooms are not worth the extra money.

Brilliant Hotel
Pros:

The hotel was massive, the place was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. The bus stops outside of the hotel and goes to Daventry Town centre.
