Was very welcoming , very comfortable , food was good and enjoyed swimming everyone was friendly !

Location very good but wish the jacuzzi was back !

Pros:

Great staff. So friendly and welcoming. A comfy bed and a great shower.

Cons:

Nothing. Had a chess tournament here and the room, breakfast, and how they organised everything was excellent. Had a noisy neighbour one night through a connecting door rather than a wall, but that's not their fault.

Great place to stay but check your room. Any issues raise them with staff as soon as possible.
Pros:

Actual hotel was lovely. Staff great. Room was clean and pleasant.

Cons:

I was put in an adjoining room where the light came through the single door in to my room and the guests next door were extremely noisy all night.
I also had someone banging on my door in the early hours of the night twice. So I didn't rest at all. It was quite upsetting. The hotel wasn't even that busy so there was no need to have me in an adjoining room.

Great service
Pros:

Had a work conference here yesterday, bar service all night and a room for the night.

Nikita & Kira at the bar were fantastic putting up with c. 100 drunk colleagues of mine including myself - thank you both

Great experience as usual. Amazing hostess is Aleksandra!

Amazing time as always. Wish I had got to stay the night but nonetheless not this time. As usual Aleksandra/Lindsay were fabulous hosts. And continue to cater for my allergy wonderfully. Thanks very much.

Pros:

Nice. Aleksamdra Lindsay looked after us really well during our training providing food throughout. Drinks available either on the table or upstairs at the water fountain. The room itself was good and had everything I needed. Good standard of cleanliness. Food for dinner and breakfast at the resteraunt was good.
