Pros:

The staff is friendly. The facilities are limited and the service is not prompt as the staff is limited but considering that it's a budget friendly option, it is fine. So if u dont mind limited facilities like no hot water, TV with free channels only, and sheets which are not super white, in low budget, this is a good option.
The hotel is a bit difficult to find. Google mentions sector 14 but it is in sector 104.and oyo doesn't allow u to speak to the hotel directly if u book room through Expedia!
