Cons:

The room smelled bad, paint on walls were chipped, carpet was gross, mild on the ceiling in the bathroom, we ran out of toilet paper and went to get a roll and they didn't have any they had to go to the store for some. The mattress was pretty worn i wouldn't even let my dog stay there!!!!

Cons:

Minutes into the shower, a loud noise like an air compressor occurred. The windows leaked in a rain storm. Breakfast was lack luster. No back up luggage carts. Stopper in the sink was broken. Very disappointed in my stay.

The location was the only good thing about this stay.

Cons:

The ac in our room did not work. Water temps for the shower were either freezing, scalding hot or boiling. We asked for a new room on the last night we were given a key to an occupied room. Then we're given a room that had rodent droppings in the window and bugs in the other. Originally we had a king suite with a hot tub but the final room that we were given was a queen double.

Pros:

Perfect location. Always stay there when I'm in the area. Fair price and every time the place was perfectly clean . Great breakfast in the morning and the staff was the best of the best. Easy access of interstate with multiple restraints and convient stores .

Pros:

There was a sonic next door so we didn’t have to door dash or travel anywhere far for food.

Cons:

We just stayed one night at your location. And to say we were less than satisfied with old be an understatement. We were first booked into 102. When we entered the room the air was off, it smelled like dirty feet. Then went to turn the bathroom light on to use it after traveling 8.5 hours that day, the light strobbed off and on
The clerk moved us to 104, room smelled better but the pillows were piled on the chair with the pillow cases on the bed. The outlets next to the bed didn’t work. And worst of all when the blanket was pulled back it revealed both old and new blood stains. There was a pubic hair In the sheet.
This morning there was a miniature tarantula in the bathroom.
The pictures on booking.com depict you having a hot tub, the pool was shut down by the health department.

I feel like I need to go home and boil a bath and soak the dirtiness I feel from staying at your facility off of my skin.

It was not good.
Cons:

There was mold on bathroom walls, smoke alarm beeped all night in hall after telling front desk, & bathroom faucet was dripping. It was over 30 minutes to check in and everything had to be done twice. We accidentally left shoes there and was certain they were in the room but was told they were not. Tools were in the room & one of us stepped on a screw.

Comfortable bed, decent breakfast

Cons:

Worn down and shabby looking. Had to have our door keys reprogrammed 4 times. Door catch was so stiff had to SLAM the door to close it from the outside.
