I have been here 4 times running and the hotel is nice and friendly but the food seems to be too much tagine on a regular basis which it wasn't before the entertainment staff are good especially karem

Hotel staff was great, food amazing. The in the hotel not so great. Bar was good.
Room size was good, bathroom wasnt clean, mould on the wall.
Bed comfortable, no amenities in struggle with that, as i wake up early had to wait till restaurant open to grab a coffee.
Pool area was great, staff Jumbo in the hotel great!
Great area everything very close, shops, beach, park, drink and sigaret store, restaurants, souvenir shops.
But I would not say it is 4 star, I asked cleaning staff for iron for 2 days, never got it.
Defo 3 star.

It was amazing, bed was so soft and i like it also drinks and food was 10/10, personel was kind and so nice, hotel suit was clean and pretty and i like balcony, amazing views and a camels was so cute, ocean close to hotel, weather was very good and buildings (hotel etc.) have this african spirit! I feel it. i’ll back here someday ofcourse! I recomended from bottom of my heart

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel.

Don’t waste your money.
Booked & paid separately for transfers to & from airport, no one was there to collect us. Lovely lady from EasyJet contacted the hotel for us, to be told our names were not on their transfer list. Had to get a taxi to & from hotel.
Dirty sewer smell from bathroom.
Safe not working, no tea/coffee facilities in room, fridge leaking, shower not draining leading to us having to use all the towels to dry the floor & having to ask for new towels everyday. Alerted reception who said they’d sort it out, nothing was ever done during our 4 day stay. Staff were extremely rude. The only kind/helpful staff we came across were the security guards at the front door and at the main entrance.
Only thing edible was the breakfast. Lunches & dinners were bland & lukewarm. We ended up eating out at the lovely nearby restaurants.
Overall, very disappointing, especially as Barcelo is supposed to be a well known, respected hotel chain.

RIEN À DIRE. Tout était parfait, le personnel très sympathique agréable et très très accueillant. Ils sont au petit soin envers les clients. L’établissement est très bien situé (plage à 5 minutes, près d’une promenade au bord de l’océan).
La propreté des chambres étaient impeccables, le wifi est rapide. J’ai passé un très bon moment

Stayed here 6 years ago nd was good so gave it another go. Check in was easy nd smooth taken to our room entered to the stench of cigerette smoke we told the porter who said hed get a cleaner which never arrived so we had to keep the patio door open. No kettle so was dissappointed no shower gel it was empty so went and bought some again after asking numerous times. Bed quite hard. Went for dinner not a huge choice and food served luke warm so we ate out most evenings. Evening entertainment awful but during the day it was good EXCEPT i had bad experience with imanne? I think her name was she asked if id like to join a fun game and i replied no thanks. (I have numerous health issues my husband had had a heart attack so we came here for a rest) she replied your lazy. You sit here all day iv seen. I replied padern? She said you are both lazy i was so angry my husband wouldnt let me say anything so i dropped it but i am still angry. All the bar staff were great and friendly. We would come again as its good value for money but this girl jas made me very angry

We were unsure about coming here after reviews. We stayed in a block 2 avoid. Damp and cold . Some random person burst into our room the first night. We did report it . But reception seemed unbothered. The food is cold even when you arrive first. The animation team do a dance then go somewhere else, on the plus the bar staff are fantastic. House keeping are brilliant.

We had a fabulous 10 night stay at the Allegro Agadir. The staff couldn't do enough for us, so kind , friendly and helpful . We enjoyed the food at the buffet and agree with a few people who mentioned food could be on the cooler side but after the first night we discovered the warm plates, what a game changer !
Nor and Doha were the girls who looked after us at breakfast and lunch. Such lovely girls they were a credit to the hotel. Our room was in Block 1 with a large balcony overlooking the gardens and pool, it was cleaned every day by a lovely lady.
Our only suggestion would be the makeover of the lobby bar. It lacks something and gets very busy , there's not enough seats and what were there weren't very comfortable !
It was our first visit to the Allegro Agadir but I've a feeling we will definitely be returning!😎🌞😎
