Lovely Stay – Clean, Friendly and Always Welcoming

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and both visits have been very enjoyable. The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which immediately makes you feel relaxed during your stay.

One of the highlights is the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone is polite, helpful, and always happy to assist if you need anything. Their warm attitude really adds to the overall experience.

The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and pleasant, making it a great place to unwind after a day out. It’s clear that the team takes pride in keeping the hotel running smoothly and making guests feel welcome.

Having stayed here more than once, I can confidently say it is a place I would happily return to again in the future. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay.

2nd time visiting the allegro hotel, hotel rooms clean and cleaned every day, staff always friendly and sort out any problems quickly. Food is Varied, there is always lots to choose from.

The hotel is all french people orientated the entertainment is none existent unless you are french and sit with you for hours or making morrocan tea .the staff at the lobby bar pool bar and cleaners are amazing rooms cleaned and towels changed daily . As for the food no no no cold even when just opened pizza with no tomato sauce. french over ruling and not queuing and think they are priority after visiting marrakech on 8 occasions we have never felt so uncomfortable..

Family holiday at Allegro, hotel decent for a 4 star and it is well located at the centre of Agadir.

Staff were excellent, pool area was nice as were the rooms.

The main thing you need to remember with this hotel is the price you paid, for the money it’s essentially worth it. Room was nice and cleaned daily by very friendly cleaner, I was also put in a room I requested. Check in was fine but 2 rooms were not ready with no apologies. Location is good, beach is close and nice. Pool area has loads of sunbeds and no rush in the morning. Pool is nice and heated one in the middle is popular. Food is the most repetitive I have come across and the choice is limited, probably the biggest let down. Drinks aren’t great either. Staff was a mix of friendly and miserable and the animation team was a bit annoying.

This is not a typical Barcelo hotel. So don’t go by that. It’s a low 3* trying to be a high 3* ..The best part of our whole experience was the staff and entertainment guys. They are a credit to the people of Morocco. I never once experienced a member of the team in a bad mood, even the cleaners had smiles on their faces. The whole place does need a complete makeover. There is currently building work going on, but that does not affect your stay. The noise from outside at 3/4am from cars and horns will affect your sleep though. Double glazing and working air conditioning would help there. The food is typical of most buffet places. Ok if you get there as it’s just been cooked, but cold most of the time. Also, after a few days, it does become rather repetitive. The location is good, not far from a lovely beach, and there are shops/ restaurants very close by as well. For when you need that change.

Overall the hotel is tired.the bedroom would benefit from a deep clean.Maintenance issues raised with reception were not dealt with.Food was generally cold and not enough variety if staying for more than 3 days. although there were microwaves available to reheat your dinner.
