Nice hotel but staff in office needs retraining

This is the first negative review I have ever written, but unfortunately my experience with communication at this hotel leaves me no choice.

There is a serious lack of communication, and at times it felt critical. I contacted the hotel twice by email using two different email addresses and received no response. I also called four times and nobody answered the phone. On two separate occasions I requested a new payment link, but this was never sent despite my requests.

The hotel itself is nice. The food was great, the staff I interacted with were friendly, and overall the facilities were good. However, the communication was extremely poor and, because of that alone, I would not return.

Management needs to address this issue urgently. A hotel cannot ignore emails and phone calls from guests. The communication standards need significant improvement.

I was also disappointed on our last day when a receptionist named Halima, whom I had never dealt with during my stay, asked me to give a high-star rating and specifically include her name in my review. As this was the first time I had seen her, I found this unprofessional and inappropriate.

It is a shame because the hotel has many positive qualities, but poor communication has overshadowed the entire experience.
Current hotel manager who manage emails should be sacked and replaced asap or your hotel will see more bad reviews like this.
Hotel was ok but would not recommend or come back as a result. And again its person who read,respond to emails is someone who needs to be replaced asap.

Nie wieder in so eine Hotel
Pros:

Küchenpersonal hat mir sehr gefallen und am Restaurant alle Kellner .

Cons:

Rezeption waren alle Arbeiter Mega unfreundlich und im Zimmer wurde nie richtig sauber gemacht

Un petit bijou.
Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
Nos vacances à agadir ne se passeront que dans cet établissement.
Nous avons voulu essayer le carribean village que nous avons quitté des le lendemain matin.
Du temps et de l argent perdu .c'est fini.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Loved this hotel, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, all inclusive was great the food and drink choice was great, the whole hotel is very clean, the room had a very comfortable bed a lovely balcony and nice bathroom, we also had a smart tv in the room which was great, the sports bar at night was great for entertainment and the team were really good, there was also clean towels put in the room everyday, can’t really think of anything to fault this place.

Tres bon emplacement, ne convient pas lorsqu’on chercher un endroit calme

La chambre de l’hôtel était propre et moderne, l’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Agadir

L’hôtel est assez bruyant, ne convient pas aux personnes souhaitant chercher du calme

Great holidays experience !
Pros:

The experience in overall was exceptional because of 3 reasons:

1. The staff made us feel welcome since the first minute we arrived and everyone was happy to help and make us feel on holidays, they all take ownership of their work 🙌🏽

2. The food was delicious and varied.

3. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable.

Special kudos to the guest relations lady who works morning hours, your attitude and energy makes everything around you work better :-)
