Une bulle de douceur qui fait chaud au coeur, grâce à un accueil chaleureux
Pros:

Très bon accueil, chaleureux et bienveillant (une mention spéciale pour Asnah!)
La disponibilité et la réactivité du personnel, toujours souriant et respectueux.
La nourriture est bonne et variée.
Le jardin est superbe et les espaces sont propres.
La plage est proche et dispose de transats sur une plage privée. La situation géographique est idéal, proche de tout pour pouvoir visiter et découvrir Agadir.
La chambre est bien équipée, confortable et spacieuse.

Cons:

Le manque de précision sur les détails (le bar de piscine manque de couleurs et de chaleur par exemple)
Il manque une salle de sport et/ou de bien-être.
Le lounge bar est trop bruyant.
Les transats sont accaparés par les personnes qui les réservent en installant leur serviette et ne viennent jamais. Malgré un mot de la direction indiquant qu’en cas d’absence au-delà de 45 min la place sera libérée, il n’y a aucune application et on se retrouve à 4 sur 2 transats…
Les animations manquent de rythme et d’énergie. Les animateurs restent discrets et communiquent peu.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Allegro Agadir, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional professionalism of the staff. The food selection was outstanding. The hotel offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, catering to different tastes and preferences. Wish we hadn't stayed there and the all inclusive is a total con.
Pros:

The location was great, near the town and beach.

Cons:

We didn't really like anything about the hotel, it was not fairly advertised and we wouldn't go there again.

We booked all inclusive which resulted in very poor qualities drinks, if you wanted a named drink you had to pay extra for it.

The place is OK for families who want a cheap holiday and not expecting very much, a small pool area that is noisy.
