Warm Hospitality and Timeless Comfort in the Heart of Semarang”

The staff’s service is truly outstanding—attentive, warm, and consistently helpful. From the concierge to the dining staff, as well as the pool and spa team, everyone made our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Ms. Risti for assisting my husband and me with all the facilities, including the gym, pool, and spa.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Although the building is older, it is clearly very well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised that even the standard rooms come with a bathtub—something that reflects the hotel’s past as a luxury property, with its quality of hygiene and comfort still preserved today.

The food selection could be improved, but the taste itself was enjoyable.

Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again the next time I visit Semarang.

Some spot of outside hotel,expecially at the back,not maintaince well.
