Personeel erg vriendelijk en een goede lokatie.

Cons:

Kamer rook erg muf en voelde klam aan. Badkamer erg verouderd. Jammer, want het is een mooi gebouw.

Breakfast was super,everything going well.
Location was really good.

Cons:

Some spot of outside hotel,expecially at the back,not maintaince well.
But it is ok still.

Dangerous step heading into Lobby area
There are warning signs on the floor but this is not good enough
There should be barriers to prevent people walking straight into the room and handrails
I fell and bruised my hip and it could easily have been broken
Staff were good but the situation needs to be fixed
I have never fallen any where else before

Suasana hotel di malam hari terlalu redup (efek lampu yg terlalu banyak warna kuning)
misal lampu di kamar sebaiknya diberi yg lebih terang (diberi pilihan untuk terang/putih) shg memudahkan untuk membaca di kamar.
